Chesh, I think that some people are just waiting to see what happens before adding any more where others will just top up in the belief that a debt only deal will happen. It is all about risk at the moment, wait and rusk missing out at the current cheap price or buy and risk your shares being diluted in the future. I think that all the buys and sells are PI driven at the moment until the II decide there is little risk. I will top up on the 25th with what I can afford on the belief that CF will deliver.

Each TorP is a piece of the financing jigsaw, at one point last year we were happy to see a piece and know that things were progressing but now it is the completion of the jigsaw that is the prize so although TorP's are important it is the completion of the jigsaw that will move the SP and not an odd piece of the puzzle. I hope this analogy makes sense to everyone and is how I am looking at this at the moment. Perhaps a few news articles over the weekend will boost the SP and as a few have said why sell now.

It's good to see the site welfare modular building is being provided by a East Yorkshire company.

I believe the switchgear has already been manufactured and factory tested so will be good to go once the building are constructed.

This may be all the TorP's we need. 6.5Mtpa x $125 is $812500000 take that figure and divide by $145 and you get 5603448 tpa.

I was thinking the same, I thought we would be well above 34p with that RNS this morning. perhaps others seen this as an opportunity to sell a high volume of shares at a good price. anyone know what the volume is so far.

I just got an email reply and it reads "For clarity, it is our intention that Stage 2 financing will be 100% debt. Negotiations with lenders are ongoing and the Company is on track to achieve financial close in 2018"

I sent them an email with a screenshot of the tweet and asked them to confirm if it was correct. I will let you know if and when I get a response.

Would it be fair to say that the next RNS should be about TorPs, I am presuming there will be nothing issued about the total number of offers from lenders that we have received or the progress to get the HMT Guarantee.

DGR1980, some would say that ST1 was a failure as it did not go they way it should have, but that is water under the bridge now and was the only option given the time frame.

I know it is probably not intentional but all this talk of dilution is a bit "glass half empty" as everyone will know that dilution will always be a possibility until the deal is done but the way some are talking it sound like it is about to happen or been hinted at by the BOD.

I expect the deal to be without dilution as any other deal would be a fail by Chris Fraser and he should consider his position, if he cant put this deal together then why continue diluting the share is the easy option and was used at phase 1 now it is time for him to show his worth to the shareholders and the market.

I know the SP has not moved much over this week but I thought I would do a round up of everything I can about this week.
1. The SP is up 0.2p from last Friday.
2. We will be shipping the poly4 from the Redcar bulk terminal (RBT)
3. There have been and will be more crop trial results.
4. There is a new broker following us.
5. The winding gear will arrive on site soon.
6. Planning permission for phase 5 ( dig-out) only has one item to be addressed.
7. Most of the neighbours are happy and the MTS shaft starts in a few weeks time.

So although the SP has not moved much there has been a lot going on, I thought the Redcar bulk terminal RNS would have been a game changer for the SP but such is life I just bought more.

If anyone has anything to add good or bad please feel free and thanks to those who posted links etc to item on the list much appreciated by me and I am sure others.

At 20 Mtpa Gina will get 3.6% royalty as an average plus the dividend of the 250,000 shares that she will have so if the dividend is say 5% then I will think that Gina got a good deal and not the best deal and we got the mine build which is the end game at the end of the day.

If we only ever produce 10Mtpa and the dividend is 2-3% then Gina got the best deal.
