A TorP stands for take or pay and is a contract to supply poly4. When we are in production they have to take the product or pay a fee for not taking it. The terms of the contracts are confidential and all we see is the length of the contract and the max taken on the last years. Eg 7 years ramping up to 750.000 ton. There may also be option to take more. We are still needing about 2 million ton TorP so you will hear a lot of chat about this over the next couple of months. D

74, did you move them from a SIPP or a trading account. I have access to my SIPP in a couple of years and plan to move shares to my ISA but not sure if it's a good or bad idea. D

We are not selling all the 10,000,000 tonne at $145 only what is required for TorP's so we may make more profit but as you said there will still be Debt. D

LITC, you are correct on both counts, the way I see it the forward PE of 18 is a prediction where the 28.08 is a fact and these are based on US companies rather than world wide but between 18 and 28 is ok. Still got to build the dam thing first. D

As OR states it starts about this time next year and will be built and commissioned by the second half of 2021 which is when "First Polyhalide" happens. D

Stokey12, good point it is not very clear from the financial report what they plan to measure against and what the board consider to be an investment institute therefore a easy target to achieve by Thomas. What do you think they will measure his performance against. D

Increase the percentage of share register held by institutional investors:- WEIGHTINGS 15%. What does this board think would be a reasonable increase for him to achieve and get 15% salary bonus. Not sure what the current % is but for the sake of argument lets say 30% is double that 60% in a year achievable. I would be happy with 50% by next year but would like to know what others think. D

After discussions recently regards banking computer system I went to look at all the transaction that occurred on my account and I noticed that some of my shares had been sold (by them) to pay for my fees even though I have a DD setup to pay for these. I have contacted them and await a reply as to why this has happened. Anyone else with this broker should have a look in case the same has happened to you. D
