Chilting, I hope it was bond as well. Perhaps SP to low now for them to convert tomorrow and will let the SP rise. Will the total number of shares in circulation be corrected for the mid year update.

After being out of these for about a year I bought back in today. I think they are way under valued and who can refuse 5% plus a year, try getting that on your current account. I will hold and top up when I can.

So I managed to buy some shares early this morning in my ISA and sold the same number in my SIPP and made enough to cover the tax and fees. Now diversified my portfolio by 2% as it has been all SXX for the last year and a half.

I just read that article and found this rather strange "a reminder of the need to carefully scrutinise optimistic claims for an untested product." some one needs to point him in the direction of the poly4 website.

There are a few on the Facebook group as well, holding for 33p on the retrace. Best of luck to them. I have all I wanted and will enjoy the J curve to production.

Myositis, the first panel took them at battersea 10 days but should have taken 4. yes they had issues and only one machine with the looks of it.

OR, if we can process it and make more profit before shipping I would prefer that as we will not be paying the transport (I hope)

I also watched this over the weekend, one thing that was mentioned was that they had allowed 4 days to cut one 90m panel on the D walling programme not sure if they were running 24/7 in London.

Mr.Math, you are correct about not wanting to sell and that is how I ended up with all my ISA and SIPP only holding SXX shares. I will probably set a sell order once I have made my buy in the ISA to ensure I actually sell. I will need to research my next purchases as well as I have only followed SXX shares for the last year and a half. I need to be more disciplined.

Mr.Math, my plan was to buy in my ISA before selling in the SIPP. I will wait until the tax and fees are covered before selling as there is no rush to sell, the price will get to the required price at some point. As SXX is my only holding at the moment it's makes sense to keep topping up my ISA and diversify my SIPP.

I don't pay any money into my SIPP so don't get any additional tax relief from it. The life time allowance is a nice problem to have and if the SXX share get near the £2 I would have that problem. I think I will start buying more SXX shares in my ISA and sell in my SIPP at the moment it is a 80/20 split SIPP to ISA. Cheers

Golfer, I plan to buy in my ISA and sell in my SIPP the same number of shares hopefully selling at a higher price to cover tax and fees. I am not retired and will not access my SIPP anytime soon. All the gains I make in my ISA will be tax free but I will pay tax for drawdowns I take from my SIPP if over the threshold. I thought it better to put the potential high gainer in ISA as all gains are completely tax free.

I have bought SXX for over a year and a half and my ISA and SIPP only have these shares. I have got to a point where I have all the shares I want but still have cash going into my ISA. I plan now to continue buying SXX shares in my ISA and the sell some shares in my SIPP so I can now start to diversify my portfolio. My reasoning is the capital gain will be 100% tax free rather than 25%.
What are others doing and what is bad or good about this idea.

Mr.dt, this is from the company website is does not take into account the deal done with RBT but I presume the same methodology applies "The finished product will be transported from the MHF along covered, elevated conveyor bridges to the new 294m long quay ready for export. At full production this will include two berths suitable for handling high capacity Panamax ships and the required ship loading equipment."

Glad to see the shorts increase as well as the share price. Looking forward to the day that all the bond holders have shorted all the bonds and the share price is near or above 41p as most if not all will convert and return shares to owner knowing the clean up call will happen on the 19th December. Should all be done and dusted in the next two months.
