I honestly believe MFGX is a shorter, nothing wrong with that it’s just a different way of trading, he seems to be planting seeds of doubt, in my honest opinion.

C264, I didn’t get any, what I was referring to was the share price traded at and below 50p then it allowed us, if we so wished, to buy at the same level as the placing.
If your right about 62p fine by me I will buy more then, you will start shouting that you’ll buy at 52p.
If u didn’t trust a company I wouldn’t buy at any price, it’s really that simple.

No matter how you dress it up, dress it down, consolidate, whatever then the share price was around 50p when we got in, and because it went sub 50p at times even if it’s because we averaged down then a lot of us are in at the same price as Stroll’s Yew Tree consortium.
So if they make a profit we make a profit.
The warrants are a slight concern but I suggested long ago they should use warrants, or share option schemes to entice the top people to Aston Martin.
As Toto Wolff stated he believes they should have ‘skin in the game’, give them a piece of the action, then it ‘means more’.

I believe in going with your instinct, if you feel something is wrong, then sell, your instinct will nearly always be right.

The people who took part in the placing also paid for the shares ‘pro-firms’, so it’s only going through due process.

Given that you have stated you have a holding in excess of a million, what does your instinct tell you to do, you had reservations about the co at 50p, you could now walk away with a magnificent profit, but still you stay or do you?

I agree Rob, Daimler will let and assist AM’s turnaround and then they will pay top dollar, and once they take their 20% stake into consideration it will still look like a cheap deal, the same as us averaging down, or they leverage up.

It looks like Stroll wants a strong wealthy shareholder round him, for his ultimate target, his first target being RP, and maybe we are all looking at Mercedes taking over AML, Stroll’s ultimate target may be a reverse takeover of Mercedes, one day.

As I say it ‘shouldn’t’ but, I’m mainly thinking day traders will be moving on as the sp bouncing all over the place suits them, and I just think smaller investors will struggle to get their heads around having less shares, as I say it shouldn’t but there is a reason for doing it, otherwise why bother.

I think the consolidation will have a impact on anyone who has under say 10,000 shares, we know it shouldn’t but if there was no impact then why would they do it?
They want shut of smaller private investors in my opinion.

AML, apologies first of all, I was talking about a certain ‘crew’ being fruitcakes, not everyone on the board .
With regard to saying how many shares I had, I said that & corrected it straight away to make a point, we can all say anything on here, and some do.
You obviously missed the point with the watch, which I willl explain, a certain someone was posting about a house & swimming pool, it would follow in my world that they would have a few nice watches and other jewellery, lo & behold that person then put up his postcode.
Someone then googled it and posted, nice house, lovely pool, ffs they were looking in his house.
So I was pointing out the stupidity and with regard to his own families safety that it was crazy to do this on a bulletin board.
He could make himself a target, criminals are no longer thugs, a example was a crypto dealer was bragging about how much Bitcoin he had, he was held to ransom in his own home and the coin was transferred, we now have crooks who are sophisticated.
So as with the shares, the watch etc I was making points about giving away to much, you never know who’s watching.
Sometimes you need to know the whole history before you judge, some I’ve had a go at have give me plenty of c... in the past.
But if you took the fruitcake personally, I again apologise.

With the consolidation happening it will be easier if everyone either rounds up or down to multiples of 20 shares, for example it’s not worth having say 517 shares, as they’ll cancel the 17 & send you a cheque, it’s no big thing if someone is loaded up but for starters it would be a pain.

I’ve got the ratio the wrong way round 1:20 I meant.

Noah, we were all guessing about the ratio because in the previous announcement the co just said ‘consolidation was being considered’, I thought 1:5, MTGX thought 1:10, I was surprised it was 1:20, I honestly think it’s to take the private investors out.
We know technically it’s the same but it will take the volatility out, thus the day traders in my opinion, it’s funny in this country we like thousands of shares for our money, wereas in America it’s not unusual to see shares for $100 plus.

All the negative press about when AM floated will be gone once above £19, although it shouldn’t bear any relevance to the company today, the press still bring it up on every occasion.
