Mac,I think by now EUA has dd'd and applied for what it wants to secure a deal. Anything in the pipe such as Nyud, which has been paid for and released by Rosgeo is for all intents and purposes, EUAs. Whoever buys, will obtain the right to it.

Sorry LB, NKT is already in Kola Nickel LLC - 100% beneficial ownership to EUA. NPV was $1.7bn at Jan's spot but at today's Ni, inclusion of open pit and analysis of high grade PGMs, that's going over $2bn. That's where I'm getting sum 28% of NPV paid for Udinsk by Sviblov in a firesale for 0.28 x 2bn for NKT for >$15bn in-situ. EUA isn't doing a firesale but this project alone is therefore min 25p. Add in Poaz, Nyud (incoming or received) and MT+ and current MC is quite ludicrous. Well its been shorted to death.

For the project equity, what will that price be at? Thoughts on sp once that's done?

Poaz was Jan. ERDC agreement provides the mechanism for quick and certain transfer if I'm not mistaken. As I say, I don't think EUA is now waiting for anything before accepting best, simple offer.

Pass, but wasn't there a two day gap only between one other licence leaving Rosgeo and then being RNSd by EUA previously? Another poster referenced this.

37m shares short sold. A tonne of that is at current share price. That's a sharp wedge to unwind in one hit if deal or notification of offers under review RNS next week.

The Russian Minister for Trade & Industry supported the Kinross sale despite Kinross suspending its mining operations and development projects. EUA has kept going on this sale is p/o announced strategy. The priority is to maintain employment and for companies like BP not to be allowed to "dump" sell assets, thereby undermining Russian asset valuations. Hence all these majors are looking for proper offers from China, ME and now India throwing its hat in, to satisfy fair value requirements.

Scotty, wrt I don't think you pick up EUA can sell its pioneering licences without disposing the entire company and second, EUA is still running WK and not leaving stranded assets, or EUAs corporate structure. And yes, it's the BBC. Other exits are going through which you ignore.

PS. I don't see EUA getting sum of the parts value here. They genuinely would add up to over £1. But do see current sp disconnected from a 'reasonable offer' for the lot. Up to you. Just saying nimble buyers that put in such offers are capable of completing dd in less than 2 weeks. Don't think anyone would be complaining at 50-60p today, which you probably would've 5 months ago.

I'd say as soon as ready with best, simple deal that meets all regulatory requirements given company itself is not affected by sanctions.

I don't think eua is sitting around waiting for any further paperwork today.

Poaz licence left Rosgeo back in Jan and posted on twitter. Nyud appears to have taken longer but now also left Rosgeo. That's the three main licences in exclusivity zone - NKT obviously already with EUA, which on its own vs Kinross sale of Udinsk to Fortiana is 25p in a firesale. Poaz is much larger than Nyud and probably NKT. Reasonably sure EUA has everything it needs in terms of paperwork but has hands tied on RNSs.

Licences/CPR etc - given whats been found on Nyud and Poaz, almost certain these nickel projects are with EUA along with NKT. Waiting for final RNS.
