Poaz is likely much larger than Nyud and probably NKT. If its in the stable and had all its studies complete, then that's game changing. That said, it can only be so for the sp when it's announced. At the moment, longs have to sit and wait probably for "the RNS".

There's a constant stream of buy side interest but always matched subsequently by a couple of chunky sells, which are more likely than not contributing to an ever rising short position. Only until the lid is lifted on what's been done / sale status, can this sp move. Otherwise hostage to the whims of Mr Market playing the sentiment banjo. Whoever's left holding has earned a multi bag.

Several have run the numbers and worked out the absolute, ground floor sale price of MT+, NKT and Nyud. WK harder to value today. MMs, IIs and others have the sp fixed and shorted to 8-8.5p. This price range is set to change hard in my view.

Tilly, I wondered where the liquidity as come from. A week ago, the stock hit NT at the 9.5s and yet last few days, buying has been suspiciously matched by sells to control price. I suspected deepening of short positions, which explains the negativity and sensitivity on the bb to anything positive. So what's that? Over £2m of shares to be bought on an RNS that forces price higher. That'll make for interesting viewing.

NKT (100% in Kola Nickel) is very likely oven ready having surely had its CPR/JORC and reserve upgrade work completed, which will surely boost the NPV over $2bn.

Other licenses as they land can be sold off in stages.

Given that the licence is within the 5km exclusivity zone and noting relationships locally including ERDC agreement, a buyer will have confidence that the licence is incoming. You could view this as a constant work-in-progress and so at which point do you say the business is of sufficient bulk to exit, beyond which there's diminishing returns? I do not see separate entity disposals as many of us once expected for the top end aggregate price because some of the players will at least of paused on Russia and it'll add complexity.

Simple is probably best.

Punters understand there's probably been a bit of a reshuffle and no news for logical reason.

China consumes over a quarter of global energy, 35% more than the US and incurs a huge fossil fuel import bill. Of course, Sinosteel is more than just an EPCF (at Monchetundra). It's also a major offtaker and supplier of metals to domestic industry.

Mac, whoever buys EUA maintains the ability to continue that dd on which battery metals projects are brought into the Rosgeo JV. There were 9 in total including Nyud and POAZ. Who knows what has been applied for already and what's in.

The AGM is to me, relatively far in the distance. I agree they usually bring little in the way of 'breaking news'. Personally, I see a deal much sooner - you could say 'shortly'.

UN Guterres and US statement were positive also - the first such in weeks. So hopefully we see momentum build to a cessation.

Seriously desperate folk talking this down. On the one hand confidently predicting there's no deal to be done or it'll be x number of days, yet on the other complaining they're in the dark. What's for sure it is very foggy and sentiment is in the trough. I share maidit's view on share price response if the market sniffs a deal is potentially done in days or weeks as per Kinross and can tick the regulatory boxes.

Del, your black and white stated position was none of the licences are ours because there's been no RNS, to which I advised you should not 'assume' that's the case. So my original question stated what the market (implying actual long investors) wanted/hoped to hear, so you could assume most or all of the additional licences but in turns out you couldn't give a number in any case. So the question was open to the rest of the bb to debate.

Del, trust you to state the obvious. In terms of selling - let's just say 'everything and as I told you before, don't assume on licences until RNS. Can you price each licence and come up with a sp prediction then?

Out of interest, if/when EUA lands an RNS that gives the market what it wants/hopes regarding position to ink a deal in days/weeks, where would folk see the sp on day 1 also noting earlier ref to over 32m shares short sold.
