Having watched the company presentation Helen Kuhlman comes across very well and with this recent deal under her belt I get the feeling she will continue to deliver for the company.

I'm new here and see this as a great buying opportunity for future gains subject to successful testing and commercial rollouts.

Binance Pool, an arm of leading cryptocurrency exchange Binance, announced the launch of a $500 million lending pool for Bitcoin miners.

According to an Oct. 14 blog post, the lending pool was established “to provide secure debt financing services to both public and private blue-chip bitcoin (BTC) mining and digital asset infrastructure companies globally.”

Under the program, borrowers deemed eligible will have access to loans with interest rates ranging from 5% to 10% on an 18- to 24-month term.

In addition to the lending pool, Binance Pool confirmed that it intends to launch cloud mining products. According to it, “the cloud mining hash power will be directly purchased from bitcoin mining and digital infrastructure providers.”

vaccination.

The State Surgeon General now recommends against the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines for males
ages 18-39 years old.

I tried to move funds to a crypto exchange on Friday from Barclays and they flagged it and delayed the transaction by four days ?!?

It could simply be a Bank security check or it could be the UK banks trying to stem currency flight...

But four days delay suggests it's more than security as they would usually phone at the time of transfer to confirm it was authorised and trusted.

The bankruptcy is perhaps the biggest bitcoin mining news to emerge in 2022’s down market. Compute North provides hosting services for $700 million worth of equipment for some 84 mining entities, including publicly traded companies such as Marathon Digital Holdings.

Compute North filed a motion with the US Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Texas to auction its assets in a 363 bankruptcy sale. If the sale is approved, Compute North could sell up to $1,000,000 worth of assets outside of the auction in a de minimis sale.

The lion’s share of the selling, though, will take place in an auction that would begin on November 1, 2022.

I'm trying to get my head around the pound crashing vs the Dollar...

Considering converting all cash into Bitcoin ?!?

Obviously very risky but if the Pound continues to crash buying US stocks feels like i'm simply seeing less for my money...

My head hurts trying to figure out possible implications of continued Pound collapse

It's been nearly one year since the ASIC UltraBoost patent application RNS (Sept 30th 2021). I said to myself if they hadn't made significant news announcements by September I would be expecting a funding raise heading into year end and that I would greatly reduce my position.

Failure to deliver test results on the ASIC UltraBoost to date I find very disappointing and leads me to suspect many possibilities none of which I view as positive.

Obviously I could be very wrong and that great news could land soon and I will be ready to jump back in should FG manage to deliver meaningful news.
