Rot1, you are talking good/common sense!
Unfortunately, this board is full of day traders (including the customary rampers/derampers), people with no money of their own and people who should not be in high risk shares in the first place. This share offers a good risk/reward profile in my opinion. Some of the anchor investors are very serious, high profile investors, and will no doubt work closely with the management team. They are not selling, they have been investing more - food for thought! Delt is sitting on a pot of gold and we now need to see if they can covert this into real shareholder value! I am sure they are negotiating actively, right now!
My advice to SnoopDoggy: if you are a disgruntled employee or ex employee, take your feedback directly to the company. If you do not trust the management team, DO NOT not hold the shares. Always a golden rule!! Just cut your loses or realise your gains. Then leave this board, you are not adding any value.
