Cookoo: please do your homework and read the article. My comment re Cluff and Sharp is made in the context of the Centre for Policy Studies (CPS). I was not aware of that connection. Of course I know of the dealings between Cluff and Spencer in the Delt context. The £17.5 million stake is clearly wrong and not updated for today's share price. It may be what he put in. And yes, no-one got cheated during the last fundraise. You can still top up today and do better than Spencer relatively speaking. Just keep adding Cookoo!

Doesn't look cheap vs having cash in the bank right now. However, interest rates have peaked (more or less), bond prices will rise and M&A will pick up. May look counterintuitive to buy now, but this is the time to get in at this depressed price. In my view!

Doubtful in my view. The large shareholders will not be in the mood to sell out unless they get a multiple on their initial investment, the latter which is a hell of a lot higher than the current sp. Maybe at the end of 2024, when things hopefully will look a lot different.

Everything up to refined products is decided by global supply and demand. EPL is double unhelpful, as it just undermines exploration in the UK, which ought to have national interest.
