Hi Red, POG is nothing to do with Tariffs as its not included, POG is due to geopolitics, debt, bond prices, stock market declines and a possible rerate in the POG, all good for GGP. DM

I think GGP will crack on with the Havieron decline once the FS is out, with a rising gold price and lowering costs he will take advantage to finish the decline to the top of the orebody, get the ventilation shaft done as a minimum, this will reduce risk/time and then see how the funding goes from Telfer. See how quick SD started the new decline to WDD at Telfer, same principle for me. DM

If GGP are buying back the BOD and other warrants then our outstanding shares will reduce from 1.3 billion to less than 13 billion so we will have no dilution even if we have to provide 2.5% to the OZ market. There could even be a premium to the SP on that day which should give a boost to the SP. DM

It is projected that gold will be between 8000 to 10000 usd/Oz within 5 years, With gold at that price there will be nothing left to buy as all gold miner piggy banks will be maxed out, which includes GGP. There is a great reset where monies flow from equities to gold, only happened 4 times over the past 100 years and each time the flow continued for average 10 years IE 1930, 1980, 2000, and 2011, POG moved from 25 usd to now over that time. Of course things will be speeded up if there is a revaluation of gold IE 1932 and 1971 ETC. Basel 111 started 2 years ago, BIS told the Banks and other investors that they had 2 years to fully comply to the terms. Basel 111 came about after 2008 crash and QE, decision was then made to reset the world financial systems which is on going. What will speed it up is Trump moving Powel from the FED, who then gets the job will be the last peg in the hole if approved by Trump. I think the reset will be done before the USA Mid Term elections, just in case Trump loses the Senate and or house. Hi Bamps, the way i look at it is where has the gold come from, there has to be a core that has provided the gold to the Main Dome and West Dome and maybe other places not found yet. Is there a vast cavern full of the stuff 2/3000 meters down or more. To push all that gold up to the surface, there must have been huge amounts. Maybe Eldorado is sat at depth? Wishing you all well. Argenta, Charlie Monger always stated that if you want to make money you do not diversify at the start, go all in on a company that you know very well and has a good plan for the future, when you take out the profits, then you can start to diversify by going for 3 companies etc. DM

I wonder which projects Northern Star will have to sell off at a later date, especially when the money runs out in developing De Grey project. Banks will be keeping a close eye on NS cash flows. DM

Agree Speedy, with potentially so much money hanging around and once Capex is covered for Havieron and other stuff, what would SD do with it. Big miners will buy out smaller ones very quickly at top dollar and the ones with cash flow will not sell so GGP will be stuck where we are, and of course if we find something interesting we will have the cash to develop it. EG comes to mind. SD has to protect our assets in the short to medium term. Winu would be a good asset to buy in about 5 years time. DM

I see that GS, DB and JPM have raised their POG to 3700 for end of 2025 with the possibility of an increase to 4500 USD/Oz.

At 4500 usd/oz would gave us an income of 1.2 billion us based on 400,000 oz a year, maybe we will have to open our own BANK, GREATLAND BANK OZ. Not feasible to have so much fiat in treasury so will have to pay DIVI and keep some gold Bars in our own bank. SD will not overpay for another miner unless its for gold and other stuff in the ground close to Telfer.

When comparing miners SP like DeGrey or morning star, you have to take in consideration mining cost, production etc but for me, the main comparison is DEBT, we don't have any, you can have all the production but cost and DEBT remain supreme for me. DM

Hi Mike, the risk is not TRUMP, its the Bond Market, the same Bond Market that did Liz Trust. The bond Hedge Funds shorted the market and are in a hole for 8 Trillion dollars and they have to wind down there positions. The FED has set aside 2 trillion dollars so the bond market doesn't blow up. Don't forget when the market blew up in 2008 the bank bail out only cosy 800 billion, now the bail out of hedge funds could cost 2 trillion dollars. This is what Biden and elites left Trump with plus 36 trillion dollars in debt and its not going away. All it takes is a black swan effect and the lot blows up, its that close/near. SD said that he asked Newmont to sell some of their shares onto the AX market to boost liquidity, plus having to dilute GGP shares 2.5% maximum, if so, i hope to a premium to the SP at that time.

Also BOD have to sell shares to buy up their share options next year, if not before. DM
