Hi Zoros, have i missed something, Telfer is owned and operated by GGP not Newmont, no JV, Newmont only has a % of GGP shares (10%)and GGP has access to their experience, that's all.

Somebody yesterday mentioned that SD has removed ROLR for Havieron, but again this makes no difference as we own 1oo% of Havieron/Telfer so again some confusion is being put around. If i am less informed then somebody has to explain this new GGP position with Newmont? Lateral thinker. DM

Not to worry about gold that will look after its self and we have put options lower than the present POG. Copper as i understand has no put options placed on them.

Do not agree for GGP sale, not been in this since 2017 to sell for a pittance, nothing less than 15 quid for me, hoping for 20 smackeroos in the long term and i am 79 next month, feel like 21 most days as GGP keeps me alive. Lateral thinker. DM

Rick Rule stated the other day that juniors with good free cash flow and plenty of reserves and the increasing POG (GS and UBS 2025 = >4000 usd/oz) he is expecting 10 baggers. We are in the junior mining space at the moment and he has a bucket load of GGP shares, so read between the lines > 30 BPS a share at least. Other gold bloggers (Andrew Maguire and others) stating 8000 usd/oz medium term. Question is what is medium term? Newmont mining owned us 7 months ago, cant get any bigger than them so they are not going to go back in to buy us back, would look stupid and so will stop any other company from trying as they own 10% of us. So its futile to think of a bid and why do you think SD is drilling like mad at the moment, its to enhance our gold in the ground and any bid would be an ocean flow from the eyes not drops. SD wants to build a huge company and find a new gold district with his name on it IE ERNIST GILES. Lateral thinker. DM

Hi Grezzz, couple of weeks ago City Bank and JPM put a bear notice on Gold with a price range of 1900/2500 usd/oz and forcing miners to sell in futures market, while Goldman Sax and UBS on the same day put a bull notice on the price of Gold at 3750/4000 by end of 1st quarter 2026.

This was the reason why POG took a dump as well as Silver. When there is no Gold left in their vaults, only paper, only then shall we see the true price of Gold/Silver. Lateral thinker. DM. PS if Silver remains over 35 USD/Oz by end of the day, then it will be ATH on end of month basis.

Hi Red, i think its going to be different on AIM next week as share availability will dry up and the much higher price will take out day traders and shorters. A big difference trading shares at 16p than at 316p, will take higher cost to move the shares price up and a gamble to move it down. Lateral thinker DM

Speedy, as i understand, B of A borrowed 1 billion oz of silver from JPM and shorted it, there are rumours that the FED are backing B of A if things go wrong due to some deal they made during the GFC in 2008, where B of A backed a deal to save various institutions at that time. I wonder what will happen when JPM ask them for their silver to be returned? Lateral thinker. DM

Not read it all MF, i said exploring for more deposits on GGP land, that includes Paterson range and EG, fully drilling these out will only be a fraction of the revenue and will take years to develop a new mine at EG if we find a deposit big enough. Our bank balance is piling up while doing this. Buying a company has risks, look at Newcrest at Liher in PNG, overpaid and ruined the company. Many of the big miners lost out during the last bull run in gold 2011, over bought and the same will happen again during this bull run. GGP expertise is in WA, if they buy a mine in Africa or South America i will sell up, just one big snake pit to deal with as i know how it works in those Countries especially in Africa. Stick with what we know, keep the drill bits turning at Telfer/Havieron and trying to find the mother load in other areas and develop them in a timely fashion. Lateral thinkers always win in the end. Dividends for me are priced in via the POG, so called experts, which include GS and JPM are now talking 5000 usd/oz end of 2026 and up to 6000 usd/oz, maybe more due to geopolitics and world financial problems. With that kind of POG we will have billions in the bank losing value every day due to inflation. By the time we are ready to buy another company the price will be so ridicules it will not be worth to buy. Spending money on finding new deposits is fine but you cant spent hundreds of millions trying to find precious metals. Spending money to develop a newly discovered mine on GGP property is good but it will not eat up the yearly profits of our producing mines. For me we need about 1.5 billion in the bank for Telfer and Havieron, which will still be producing huge profits plus interest while we are spending that 1.5 billion cash in hand and topping up. The only solution is a one off special dividend and then buy backs or planned yearly dividends. Some old LTH like me cant wait 5 to 10 years for dividends to boost pensions and waiting to buy Malt Whisky instead of blended. Lateral thinker. DM

POG increase is due to USA losing its AAA status for the first time so gold has only one way to go with Silver eventually following.

JB, what's required is to de-regulate the LSE and the City of London to become Singapore on Thames, both Liebor and Tories screwed up big time, sod the EU i say and hope Nigel Farage does something about it when he becomes PM, after all he was a trader in the City.

I have mentioned Basel 111 many times over the past 6 months, All Banks have to comply by July 1st which includes American banks. They have to hold only physical gold, no ETF, no rental ETC. Lateral thinker DM
