Consolidation only works if there is little debt, what there is is fully funded, 3 years minimum growth, no downturn, champagne on ice for at least 2 years so the consolidation is not for BOD Champaign life style, anything else will slide the SP until the next consolidation. the key is extending telfer mine life, we need a minimum of 5 years by which time havieron is in full production. we should be making 30 million usd a month before tax at the moment and don't forget, initially, there should be tax credits due within the first year of production due to ggp for havieron preparation to date.

many analysists say pog next year should be 3500 usd oz which gives a profit before tax of around 2050 usd oz. assume 300,000 oz a year x 2050 = 615,000,000 usd x pe of 20 gives a sp of around 0.45 usd a share. *** packet calc. see where we are going with this the calculation is lom x pog. dm

I prefer Barenberg to Cannacord for 2 reasons, it was Cannacord who stated when GGP shares were at 31P that the SP was only worth 20p so the shares plummeted and they did the same with GKP, shares were at 340p and they stated 200p caught me out both times, lost loads of dosh. DM

What i am looking for is completion of the NEM sale to GGP early November then we can have stated revenue end of 4th quarter 2024 and then the big one end of March 2025 and the rest of the Telfer FS, drill results and scallywag drill results and JV drill results plus EG stuff, that will blow the minds out at Barenberg. BEEN DOING THE MATHS, the POG when SD sorted out the purchase price of Telfer in March 2024 and our huge mountain of dirt at surface IE 30,000,000 tons containing 500,000 oz gold (SD estimate), the POG was 1850 with a cost of 1450 for 500,000 oz gold which = 200,000,000 usd profit. Now with the POG at 2736 usd (Future) we now have a profit from 1850 to 2743 usd oz we have an additional profit of 443,000,000 usd and totalled at 643,000,000.00 usd. Can you imagine the value of GGPs gold bars produced by end of 1st Q 2025 if the POG is over 3000 usd oz as some highly informed experts expect, WOW that means all of Newmont's assets GGP purchased is paid for by the 3rd Q of 2025. Alister McCloud who knows about gold states that China holdings are 40,000 tons and citizens hold 20,000 tones. He also stated that Russia is holding 20,000 tons, all we come out when they back the UNIT with gold as they will have to prove holdings to make it work. DM

SD stated that any consolidation would have to leave the share price less than 100p so i think 10:1 is the max, maybe less if the SP substantially increases in the meantime. DM

Hi Bamps, we need both trains running to test the downstream equipment and plant, after that they can run with one train to test the downstream units at 50% capacity and minimum capacity. Minimum capacity is the most difficult to control to maintain quality and quantity. NEM said they would replace the material used for testing so nothing lost but a fully tested plant to hand over. Some contracts demand 30 day test run not only run time but product quantity and quality. Done many in steel plants and refineries. DM

Hi MH01, De Grey have the money to build the mine with the last raise ETC so the value is built in the SP IE 3.3 billion dollars, GGP is in the better position now as we only had Havieron 30% and long way to go to production but the magic happened with SD in that bringing gold bars to GGP 3 years early with buying Telfer. Can you imagine shiny gold bars in our vault by Christmas at the latest. Maybe melt some down for LTH. DM

WF, good for Wyloo, if they buy NEM 20% and with their present 8.5% plus warrants then Wyloo will have over 30% of the company, a good start for a cheap TO of the company. That's my worry as most oz intuitions will back Twiggy in his endeavour's. TO offer will be 20% uplift on the SP at that time so i hope the SP is around 50p with the present 13 billion share in issue. DM

My worry is that when all the dust has settled and Telfer is back into production at a steady rate, the shares will be consolidated to get into Oz exchange and then diluted again to sell shares there. Another worry is NEM buying back the farm as they hold 20% of the shares, not far to go to 30% for a TO bid at slightly over SP at that time. Another is Wyloo buying out NEM stake and then going for a TO of GGP, again at a small increase in SP. Who do we trust, that is the question. Before, private investors had a hold on GGP but not anymore as the institutions, NEM and Wyloo control the company. DM

Think about it, owning 30% of Havieron is worth 350 million quid, then owning 100% is worth 1.12 billion quid, plus the value of Telfer, so raising money should be easy if the newspaper report is correct????????????????? DM

By the way at 300000 oz with POG at 3000 usd oz we can pay back any fund raise in one year. Quids in. DM

Well i hope for a premium on SP as we will be in production for 300000 oz a year with a rising gold price, some say 3000 to 5000 usd/oz by next year so quids in. DM
