I think the next RNS will be the new drilling plan for the year, hope its more in our 100% area`s than the JVs apart from what is contractual. The next RNS should be about the decline and the next MRE, FS and DTM in that order and the joker is NEM accepting GGPs offer for Havieron 70%, Telfer and their JVs as all have to be in one price.

I prefer royalty payment say 2/3% ex smelter on Telfer and Havieron or 1% on the lot to free up our costs to get Havieron into production and shipping ore to Telfer. DM

Gold in the ground that is known to be retrievable then the price will increase with the POG. Gold being produced will decrease for every oz produced as its a diminishing deposit, this is why exploration has to continue to replenish the deposit. Simple really. GGP have their plan for the future as they have increased the manpower and expertise the other day so the question is why and the simple answer is we are going MINING. To the moon DM.

If gold gets too expensive, then they buy silver. Silver always moves after gold and with more volatility and percentage wise much more than gold, that is the time to sell silver and buy gold as silver always reduces more than gold at the end of the cycle or bubble. DM

Hi CP, Newcrest hedged 75% of Telfer gold production to cover cost of the last cutback and now Newmont is paying the price and making sod all at Telfer at the moment. Not sure how long the hedge was for but at least 3 years i should think. Hedging is normal in the PM to ensure a minimum price, farmers have been doing that for hundreds of years. DM

If we build our own plant we still need Telfer for about 5 years, we need to get into production ASAP. Question: How do we size the new plant, its easy just for Havieron, but what if we find new deposits in the location at a later date. If we oversize the new plant for potential new deposits and we don't find them then plant running costs will be too much and eat into profits. For me Telfer has everything we need and extra. NEM will know this scenario and will not be blackmailed for sure, they will put Telfer under care and maintenance and GGP will be out in the cold worth 50 usd/oz in the ground. No way José. DM

Cash for NEM share holders will not be coming from Telfer/Havieron but from the 6 tier 2 producing projects some produce > 400,000 oz per year, that's where their 2 billion usd in saving is coming from. We are tiddlers in the scheme of things. As i mentioned on GGP share chat i prefer a deal of royalties maybe 2% x smelter. Can you imagine the monies made over time for NEM especially if we find other deposits to take production over 50 years, will be worth hundreds of millions to NEM, maybe billions. DM

Looking at least 3 years to build new plant from getting permission, then design and engineering, then purchasing and construction and after pre-commissioning and commissioning and start-up and testing. This is a minimum for a new plant. To buy a second hand plant and install will take 2 years as it will have to be revamped and the above does not include utilities, water, power, gas etc and if we can not tie in into Telfer utilities then forget it. The main thing that nobody discusses about the aquafer is that all 320 drill bits so far have penetrated through the 3 aquafers and the lower aquafer being closed and will drain down i wonder if its possible to measure the level of water in the drill holes that they are using to pump out the water. They could drop a tape down with water paste put the only problem is will it be removed when Pulling the tape out? Or maybe using a float if the drill hole is vertical. I presume they sealed off all the upper aquafers so water doesn't seep to the lower aquafer? DM

Hi Speedy, the main reason for gold manipulation at the moment is that China is offering 80 usd oz more than spot price and silver 3 usd oz so the bullion traders are taking gold/silver out of the Comex and LBM at spot and selling to China at 80 usd oz profit which means gold/silver will never return to the West, this is traitor stuff for me and they should be jailed for it. Hi Tex, finance company said that if GGP owned 100% Havieron and Telfer with the POG at 3000 usd oz GGP share price would be 100 p a share. I presume no dilution in the present GGP share issue. That is in align with your 70p a share with the present POG and copper. Heading to the moon and beyond. DM

This vidio states why explorers are suffering at the moment and its down to money not being available and mining costs increasing while the POG is also increasing. Hi SG, Newcrest hedged Telfer production when they decided on the new cutback to increase the life of the mine. If i remember the hedge was for 75% of production for 2 years at 1750 usd oz, that is the reason why Telfer is not taking advantage of the higher POG and not making any profit. Not sure when the hedge is concluded, maybe we can take advantage of it when we put in an offer for Telfer/Havieron. To the moon. DM

NEM have 6 medium projects for sale and 2 minor ones which include Telfer/Havieron. One they have sold already being a minor one. I think NEM 2 billion recovery is the 6 medium projects and if they succeed in getting 2 billion for them then Havieron is the cherry on top of the cake and Telfer is the soggy bottom. NEM have to be realistic over Telfer as all has been written off by tax credits a long time ago and now they have a huge clean up bill in the cooker which is heating up so they don't want to burn the cake in trying to screw GGP. I think NEM will want to dispose of Telfer/Havieron and JVs ASAP and wash there hands off the lot for a reasonable price that suits all parties including the WA government and Teflon personnel who will want clarification very soon before the world financial system blows and splatters the oven. buy out ggp and put the lot up for sale including telfer. 5 billion quid?

buy out havieron and jvs and put the lot up for sale including telfer. 4 billion quid.

nem are in a strange place at the moment and not much time to sort out the sales by year end. i don't think nem have been in this position before where the junior partner controls the sale of their assets and that put ggp in the best position that they could only dream of a few years ago. nem must be ****xd off being put in this position so its one of the 2 above options or sell the lot to ggp as i have mentioned below. too the moon dm

For me its in NEM best interest to sell Havieron/Telfer ASAP as the value of Telfer is declining in value and adding up running costs due to pond problems and maintenance. Havieron value remains as is unless the POG goes to the moon but NEM costs are increasing in dewatering, camp maintenance and other costs including FS which they have to prepare to consolidate their 70% of Havieron. So for me NEM must get out ASAP to save money and any additional cost that might appear to their charge. I am looking at 200 million USD for the lot in a quick TO by GGP. DM

Don't forget the copper. Forrest built his own railway line from scratch, think 300 KL so building another one for 90 Kl is nothing especially if it links up with other deposits. DM
