Clearly the cash in bank adds directly to SP but given what they can use it for, namely advancing their flagship NH and Sunbeam projects, you'd have to think it would sail past 5p and track to 10p+

The company is on a regulated exchange, has all the correct counterparties and cold wallets etc. In a friendly country re tax.

They are using derivatives to buy BTC. Call and put options like a straddle. The CEO has previously ran this strategy successfully for many years. The only risk is if BTC does nothing in the next few years which seems improbable given its yearly beta.

Theyll be exposed to £100mill BTC very soon and there will be lots more PR and time to listen to the strategy from the CEO.

The first £1mill raise can get exposure to £100mill BTC. The plan is to build and raise higher up. £10mill at 10p gives another £1bill exposure to BTC upside lol. The mind boggles. The CEO has an excellent track record in derivate plays. Basically a straddle.

This is going to be key. The level of gearing vs the other BTC plays. It'll be returns on steroids and so will the SP
