I’d guess they are already deep in discussions. Wouldn’t put it past them to announce a new nomad +/- NED tomorrow.

What if they were just remaining suspended to finalise "advanced discussions with a strategic investor with substantial business activities in Africa and the Middle East who has expressed an indicative interest in making a significant investment in Westminster and to collaborate on business opportunities"

What if in the next week or so they come back with plenty of cash, ratified by a substantial amount of DD done by a multimillionaire African businessman who can both attract new business to them and smooth any existing contracts.

Who knows, have to wait to see.
