As the AGM notice states the AGM is being held on 30 Dec and we are calling a separate GM in the New Year to approve the accounts - this gives an opportunity for shareholders unable to make the 30th to attend and meet the board. Cleared by lawyers and NOMAD.

So results will still be December at some point. Perhaps to align with a contract or two?

WSG have contracts with UK/EU Parliments, Royal Palaces, Prison services, BBC, International banks, Boeing, various governments across the globe.
