One has already happened and it’s marvellous news for us.

We have met with Malawi 4 times in about 4 months now and have delivered a large tech contract. It was always mooted that this would turn into an MSC once complete.

We have met with Guinea 4 times now in past 4 months

In Nov 2024 Fiji/Nadi international airport had an independent security review

After this their High Commissioner to UK has met with our International Advisor, Prof Kishan, x5 times and additionally the High Commissioner has been to Banbury to get a demo and meet Peter Fowler etc.

The entire pacific island region is undergoing lots of aviation reform and all the aviation ministers have just finished meeting

The have agreed to adopt the "Suva Declaration on Regional Collaboration and Aviation Connectivity"

"The declaration also prioritizes enhancing safety and security, with ministers agreeing to adopt unified safety standards and share best practices. These measures aim to address gaps in safety infrastructure and create a more consistent regulatory environment across the region."

All in all, Fiji is pressing ahead at quite a rate of knots post security review with 6 meetings including site visit to Banbury with WSG.

Nadi has well north of 1mill embarking international passengers with this rising rapidly and a plan for a new airport to increase capacity further. If same tariff of $25/passenger under an MSC we would be looking a starting number of something like $30mill/year.

Interesting to see how this keeps developing.

The meeting comes as commissioning is underway for our advanced cargo X-Ray systems at Malawi’s key international airports—an important step in strengthening aviation security in the country.

Our good Prof, International advisor, just had his 4th meeting with the High Commissioner of Fiji. He’s even been to Banbury

If you do some googling, Fiji had a big independent aviation and aviation security review in Nov and are cutting passing new aviation legislation. They seem in a hurry to upgrade and looks like we are in prime position to capitalise on their over 1 million embarking international travellers per year

This Sunday at the City of the African Union, President Félix Tshisekedi exchanged with Mr. Ronny Jackson, Special Envoy of United States President Donald Trump and member of the U.S. Congress.

The security and humanitarian crisis prevailing in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), marked by the presence of Rwandan troops supporting M23 terrorists, was the main topic on the agenda of this meeting.

For the American emissary, "the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the DRC must be respected by all". "We will work to ensure that all obstacles that arise on the path of peace are removed so that peace returns to the DRC," Ronny Jackson reassured.

In the same logic, President Trump's Special Envoy expressed the wish to see American investments land on a land where peace reigns. "We want to work so that American companies can come and invest and work in the DRC. And for that, we must reassure ourselves that there is an environment of peace," insisted Mr. Ronny Jackson.

A member of the U.S. Congress, Mr. Ronny Jackson works in several committees, including armaments, intelligence and foreign relations.
