As previously documented, tech sakes since June have been very strong and the annual recurring revs minus DRC are up 37%, in large part to the new guarding contract Chat GPT suggests in Boeing.

It’s been through all the government bits, it is a signed live contract. They are now doing the admin bits that actually start it. There’s no nefarious blocking, just good old African timelines.

I imagine dealing with all the regional African airlines to finalise a start date and have IATA change the taxes collected on every ticket across the world has taken longer than thought etc.

It’s not like the 3 year delay where opposition party and likely pocket liners were holding it up, it’s past that bit

DRC will then be self funding and profitable and any reminder etc can finance the near term MSC.

Comes down to if (I believe I know it’s a when) DRC starts.

Same highly profitable model they run successfully in SL so it’s a completely different company at that point.

I was on an investor call in April and DRC is to be profitable from day 1 and growing after that.

It will be normal MSc margins post start up period of 40-60%.

Adding extra passengers with natural growth adds basically no extra cost so margins grow

SL operates at above 50% margins and it’s the same model as DRC. I’m not sure why this is controversial

So they are now at the implement stage of this contract. Getting set up on the ground, arranging a start date with the airlines where the IATA prices will all change etc. Its africa, its again took a bit longer. Its going to happen so the current SP is largely irrelevant unless you want to sell (or buy)

When they start delivering £14.3mill of long term yearly recurring revs and up, the SP will be much much higher and you guys are going to have a stroke

Just yesterday in fact, Keyguard (one of our companies) got renamed to "westminster global services limited" at companies house.

According to chat GPT using the RNS wording, the client it thought was most likely is Boeing. It's certainly a good fit with plant of UK operations.

Whomever it is i know the company thinks they are a tier one company and that this is a fantastic client to have landed. Guarding hours in general were rising at 48% so it is undeniably a fast growing section of the business.
