The Gabon contract only started in June 2025. It will not have made an impact on the results for that entire year.

HOWEVER - yes, on a rolling basis, as soon as the contract started, WSG were/are profitable. They are profitable right now.

I said the Gabon deal has now made them profitable. These results are up to June 2025 when Gabon just started that month and would likely not contribute to the year.

However even running at $5.5mill, the recurring revs are far in excess of your £10mill before multi million tech deals which have been rnsed are added in for this financial year

So what are the annual recurring revenue figures going forward. Lets ignore DRC

It was previous stated including DRC annual recurring revs were £14.4mill so without DRC that would be circa £6.4mill

As shown in a post below, SL has likely increased by at least $1mill so lets bring that up to £7.15mill

Now to add Gabon. The initial base expectation was $5.5mill but as ive shown with the new routes and increase in frequency that has gone up considerably. To use a conservative figure of $8mill that would be the annual recurring revs up to £13.2mill going forward (as in from right now or from next financial year)

I am very optimistic from everything ive seen, we will be adding Ghana MSCs in the near future, back into Tema and possibly more. It is not a stretch to think that £13.2mill might be £16mill from June 2026 for the start of the next financial year, which is clearly very good considering our issuing of adding to revs.

They are starting to get lumpy tech deals again which is encouraging and boosts the headline yearly revenue figure all be it at a lower margin.

On these metrics, with a mostly fixed cost base of around 8/9mill then high margin revs going straight to bottom line after this, a market cap of £6.3mill looks exceedingly cheap even if you reduce PE levels for African risk

So let's have a look at Freetown now. (ignoring when has control of what and the courts)

Historically numbers had been fairly static at circa 120k = $3mill. There hadn't been any/many new routes or increases in existing routes.

This has changed considerably in the past 18months...

x3 flights a week with ethiopian airlines to AA

x2/3 flights a week to Gatwick Air Sierra leone

x3 a week to lagos Air Sierra leone

x1 further a week to Brussels

This all adds up to 50k more passengers a year and $1.25mill more in revs Going forward id expect SL to be producing $4mill+ revs and they are keen to add even more routes after then new flagship Gatwick service.

Bored so manually rechecked all the aircraft and with chatgpt downgraded the 50k embarking seats to 44k

It applied a different load calculation with higher loads on longer routes to Paris/Joberg and less on shorter ones.

That gives 30k embarking passengers a month currently, annualised to 360k and a nice $9mill/year

African load factor actually nearly 80% in August actually

The SL number was about 21k embarking seats which at 75% gave revs of about £3.5mill/year which i think is accurate currently given the new routes recently

Running the same search for Freetown and 75% load produces a pretty accurate revenue figure so there is some merit to the Gabon numbers i would suggest.

Running the same search for Kinshasa was more difficult with difficultly finding the exact aircraft on routes but it produced a number of circa 57k embarking seats a month

That's basically the current months flight departures, plane type and seat capacity

So around 50k embarking seats

African load % is 75% so if this was true for Gabon that would equate to 37,500 embarking passengers.

At $25 each that's $11.25mill in revs

50% load capacity would be $7.5mill.

All in all, its extremely likely that currently or for the next financial year, the $5.5mill rev estimate from Gabon will need to be revised significantly upward.
