"Report on 5-Day Security Visit to the United Kingdom

Organised by AWLS Ghana Limited in partnership with Westminster Group PLC

Between 19th and 23rd September 2025, a high-level Ghanaian security delegation undertook a five-day official visit to the United Kingdom for a Security Demonstration and Exhibition hosted by Westminster Group PLC, the sole partner of AWLS Ghana Limited.

The delegation included senior officers from the Ghana Police Service, representatives from the Bank of Ghana, and officials from National Security. This visit was designed to expose participants to cutting-edge international security technologies, foster institutional collaboration, and explore solutions relevant to Ghana’s security and critical infrastructure needs.

Key Activities

1. Westminster Security Demonstrations – Banbury

The delegation observed live demonstrations of some of the world’s most advanced security solutions, including:

* Covert surveillance systems

* Drone and counter-drone technologies

* Weapon detection and screening equipment

* Mobile cargo and vehicle scanning solutions

* Command-and-control platforms for real-time monitoring

* Discussions were also held on integrating these systems into Ghana’s operational frameworks to strengthen border management, anti-terrorism efforts, and critical infrastructure protection.

2. Visit to the UK Parliament – London

* The delegation had the privilege of touring the UK Parliament, including the historic House of Commons.

* During the visit, delegates engaged with Members of Parliament and discussed the importance of international collaboration in tackling emerging global security threats.

* The UK Parliament visit underscored the significance of democratic oversight in security policymaking and provided valuable insight into the governance framework that supports national security in the UK.

3. Strategic Engagements

Bilateral discussions were held between Westminster Group PLC and the Ghanaian institutions on future cooperation in areas of:

* Training and capacity building

* Maintenance and after-sales service support

On tuesday we are going to get a snap shot of how this year is going 5 1/2 months into it

Gabon margins (like any new MSC) may be slightly lower initially if there is equipment roll out but longer term the margins are great

The tech contracts are RNSed when they are paid

Like the others you really really want this to fail and everything that goes with that. From investors to UK staff to overseas employees to suffer. Weird.

So why is this not a time of positivity for WSG. Gabon is a genuine inflection point into profitability with each new contract going straight to the bottom line

I do believe a few large near term Ghana deals are incoming to add to this years totals but we can ignore that too if you want

Yes, they never had a “forecast”, they stated their order books. You can easily subtract DRC when it’s not started.

Also the £14mill is shy a few mill as I confirmed with CFO post results…

The change in the reported forecast recurring revenue, which comes out of our CRM system, is down to two issues – the fact the new CRM system is not reporting Guarding revenue as recurring revenue (although it is and the CRM system is being modified for future reporting accordingly)

Although as it happens and as I’ve posted a few times recently, this current year will exceed that £14mill anyway. It didn’t include a hugely ahead Gabon, it didn’t include all the guarding MSCs that used to be in recurring revs and will be again. They’ve already RNSed £2.1mill in tech deals and have had numerous other ones. So all in all they’d need to increase expectations if you are expecting £14mill for this financial year

It’s actually £1 dearer in government taxes and charges to fly out of Paris to Libreville than the return route with Air France on the plane ticket. Interesting
