Steve, the job of the board is not just to create the fundamentals (ncyt have been exceptional here) but to communicate the fundamentals to the market (ncyt shocking here). Hence the huge difference between the fundamentals and the SP.

I am hopeful that DA will dramatically improve this scenario

B2, not sure this stock is what has been sold. If we had sold it, it would not be in our stock number on the balance sheet. If we have held it specifically for the DHSC awaiting sale and it has since expired, why have we not included it in the dispute? Or have we?

Let's also add in there that the majority of the RNS's have a high degree of negative tone and highly conservative which suggests lack of confidence. Also not received well by the market.

Steve, investors moan because the bod sit by and watch the SP nose dive.

If the bod perform, investors are happy, new investors come on board. You give too much credit to LSE, wouldn't be surprised if only 1% of investors grace this board.

For me, the quality of a bod can be measured by the size of the difference between the mcap and the underlying fundamentals of the business. The bigger the gap the poorer the bod.

That could be one option in the future Vas.

I think it highlights more the barriers to entry for new competitors and that Chill have a very strong foothold already. One way for the big players to transition quickly is obviously a white label product or a takeover of Chill but don't think we are there yet. Not established enough.

So the big players enter the market helping it to grow exponentially bringing all the right attention to it. This will be great for Chill. Well this would explain the sales strategy. Slow but certain as opposed to fast and risky.

Very fragile SP here at the moment. 25p support got obliterated easily because yet again another opportunity to add some decent forward looking news or sales figures has gone begging. Why? I do wonder.

Next line of defence I see is around 16p. I really don't think we'll test that though as good news must be around the corner. Q3 sales in 2 weeks? All imo.

Hallowed, longer term? The longer they leave it the higher the SP hopefully so surely leave them longer is counter intuitive

The 18th signifies the opening of a new chapter. Onwards and upwards from there imo. Far from over here. The business is too profitable for that to be even considered a serious question.

I reckon a good way for DA to start his tenure. Straight into the lions den. Let's face it if GM is there it will just be a blood bath. With DA running it we may just get something constructive from it.

A pretty good deal for the warrants I would say. However if I was a warrant holder I would be cashing them in sooner rather than later. £1.4m within next 6 months imo.

II's if I recall were at about 11% when we were at £8-9. None of them will touch us whilst the uncertainty of the dispute hangs over us. Maybe worth tracking II investment as it could be an early indication of a resolution. I fully expect the flood gates to open once the dispute is closed. In the meantime let's hope DA can start building our non covid sales. He has everything he needs imo

Imo 280 is the basement. £200m mcap. I wouldn't personally sell out in the basement. Any company making 43% margin with excess of £100m revenue per year is worth well north of £200m. Any lower and it truly is a full your boots price. Anything can happen. Long term this is way north of here. All imo.

I personally think that the bod and lth should value the potential of ncyt at many times its current mcap. For that reason a takeover should not be even considered at this point.

If you were to carry out a consensus on why shareholders didn't vote I am pretty sure the top answer would be 'company performance'. Shareholders are not responsible for the company performance, we employ the bod to do that for us. GM has been found wanting the bigger ncyt got.

What I would say is that, had GM not been retiring then I understand the stance from shareholders however we haven't given DA the best of starts. That should've been considered by shareholders.

I see some are pointing their fingers at the shareholders but shareholders don't not vote in there thousands for nothing. Ncyt have to take responsibility. One good update from them about the future could have perked alot of interest but nothing. Seemed more than happy to reschedule. Bit of a up yours from GM.
