It certainly shows the potential of chll. I based my calc on 3000 stores only. We know we are selling online in the US and UK. We don't really know how successful this has been. I low balled my forecast with 500 items per month which I will keep there until they show me otherwise.

Doesn't take long to calculate sales. I hope one of their employees is an accountant. Could have some figures next week. Fingers crossed praying emoji.

Exmex, the launch will be October so I suspect our sales staff are out visiting potential customers now show casing what Co-prep and PROmate can do. Nice upsell there. The pre order sales will be growing. We really are making it too easy for our sales team. The products must sell themselves. I suspect the downfall is a lack of sales strategy which hopefully DA will fix.

Anyone any ideas on the whereabouts of this new product.

Pepe, I do certainly see 4p in the future for UFO. About a £125m mcap. With what we have it is just a matter of time. I suspect 2022.

It makes sense Barnet. If 200 doesn't hold then I fear 100 next and after that it looks like this could drop all the way to minus 500.

I don't mind chartist but you also have to pay some attention to the underlying value of the company. You can't just throw values around willy nilly.

Agreed Billy. My long term forecasts show us being very profitable. Just need an update from the bod so I can adjust accordingly.

Hi Billy, apologies my calculations may not have been very clear. I am very aware that earnings is bottom line. I did state EBITDA not Op margin. My understanding is, I think it was Antonio said although current op margin was 30% this is expected to increase to 50%. The EBITDA of 30% was just an estimation accounting for the 50% op margin. I feel a reasonable estimation at this point unless anyone can prove otherwise.

If we were to sell 2 items per day, 30 days per month, across 3000 stores each @ $5 per item @ 30% EBITDA then over 12 months we would generate approx. $3.25m profit.

At a current mcap of $54m that would put us at a p/e of 16.

If we stood still and showed the market that we could do at least this every year then the p/e would rise in line with the industry which I believe 50 wouod be prudent. That is a 3x from here based on no further growth and just sustaining what we have.

Now we know that isn't going to happen. I expect that the stores will grow, the items per day will grow, and with it the confidence in the longevity of the business. All which will have a very positive effect on the SP.

Yes not great I admit but everyone is in the same boat. Explains why Innova were so in demand. We didn't have any LFT sales built into our £100m so it won't affect our FY21 outlook.

On the other hand, CO Prep just made PCR very tasty. Oh and there's the Winterplex everyone has been wanting. Don't see this being a PROmate version unfortunately, yet.

Overall, happy with the R&D again but why wait for 4 in 1. Just do it gradually. Would help sentiment so much.

Hallowed, having reread the RNS yes I agree. I misread that the exercise price was 10 days prior to exercising but it is the issue date. So exercising closer to the 3 year deadline would make more sense. Thanks
