MrDribbles, 1 person dies and it effects multiple people. That death could have been avoided which makes the situation we are in now even worse.

1 death of a loved one effects let's say 9 others on average. That's mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters and so on. So that's 2000 people's lives everyday being torn apart. That will likely be 10000 people's lives a day by the time Christmas comes. Then you have the 1000 people being rushed to hospital every day not knowing how Covid will affect them. That's another 10000 lives a day being affected. Again this will likely be 30-40k per day come Christmas.

This isn't just about a death rate number that is only 0.04% if you say so. This is about the millions of lives that have and will continue to be affected over the next few months needlessly because this government continues to dismiss Covid.

Let's learn to live with Covid by all means, but let's do it safely and use the defences we have at our disposal. Government will wake up eventually but by then millions more lives will be turned upside down needlessly.

China who has 200 occupants for every 1 Brit has a surge of Covid infections. 123 cases were recorded yesterday. Yes, not 123k but just 123. It's been confirmed to be the Delta variant, which has ripped through every nation that it's touched so far. China have roughly 70% vaccination, not that that will help with the spread. They cancelled the Chinese marathon which by all accounts is on par with cancelling the World Cup final.

I predict the news out of China will be they have nipped this latest surge in the bud and put Delta back in its box. Pretty sure the reality and magnitude of the event will be significantly different.

Not sure why they can't just be honest.

So our health secretary javid says he sees no reason to implement any restrictions whatsoever and that he fully expects to be having a normal Christmas this year. So normal being where several households all come together under one roof in the middle of winter for food, drink and laughter, cuddles and kisses. This is our HEALTH minister. He must read the newspapers and think 'what is everyone banging on about with this Covid malarkey'. Fend for yourselves this winter looks to be the new motto.

I notice the FSA CBD application page hasn't been updated since 26th April. We submitted our application on time but I am struggling to see our products on the list. Am I looking in the wrong place. I can't see TAAT for that matter but it does clearly state:

Fully agree. Even without the removal of the travel PCR test I was expecting to see covid cases in the 6 figures by January. Now it will likely be smashed.

It is now safer to travel with a plane load of unvaxxed than it is to travel with a plane load of vaxxed. I'm sure there's some irony in there somewhere.

Agreed Ventura, 450 was the average. They would be buying in a range from 250 to 700 hence why their final buying price would have to be 700. I wouldn't accept it but I fear lots here would.

Agreed, it is becoming more and more apparent to me that iron ore is our flagship. The bonus is that it is high grade, at surface, DSO standard. We have millions of tonnes of it. Easy to mine and get to the docks. A market that will be in dire need of it over the next several years. It's all looking rosey for our flagship. This even works beautifully at $80 per tonne but I'm expecting double that by the time we have our first truck load. Silver for me is an excellent bonus to have which is why I stand by my approach of JV the silver but not the cash cow iron ore projects.

Amazing to think that given the sentiment of the year to date that some billionaire could start filling his boots to 50% and get an average of say 450. Put a bid in for rest at say 700 and end up owning 100% of ncyt for an average of 575. Just over £400m. That's almost better than my average.

We need to establish some rules. Does it have to take out and hold above 1p.

To be honest I've not done topping up so happy for this to drop back down until December. Then it can shoot up to the stars for me. We are all comfortable that the long term trajectory is north north east from here.
