2020Upside, I was referring to Graphite held by GreenRoc. I don't believe they have iron ore. If they do it isn't one of their big plays. Thought it was relevant as I imagine with it being at surface that it will be a similar extraction method. 2 years isn't so long. Churn out 1mt per annum even at a measly $20 profit is $20m profit per annum. Use that to get Brockman into production which early estimates predict it could be 10-15 times bigger than Han****, then if you can hold 5 years you will be taking the value of your holding today in annual dividend payments. If the iron ore is there and it's 60% grade and iron ore can keep above $80 then I can't see why it won't happen. The likely hood is that all 3 of those will be a tick in the box. If

So HT with results in under 3 hours. We know the POC machines do 60 minutes so I am assuming the HT is HT because of the sheer volume that can be performed during a single 3 hour process.

I think you are correct then SteveV that the 10 minute target is for POC testing. Assuming the Q machines just need a slight software update then this will be hands down market leading and will blow all current LFT's away.

A couple of weeks back Chris2 estimated that it would take 8-10 years to get the ore out of the ground at Han****. I chuckled a little and asked for the logic which never came.

GreenRoc recently span out of Alba and have a Graphite deposit in Greenland. It is on surface so you can apparently see it as you walk. They're probably a little behind UFO in the process but the new CEO there reckons about 2-3 years for production.

I would put production at Han**** at 2 years. If we get Rio on board then possibly less. By then the iron ore price should be feeling the full effect of the demand pull from the global economic recovery. Could be great timing.

I guess it's better than drilling a few holes in areas with no known resources. Surely.

We found it, we have it. We are in the right place. We drill to ascertain the size and quality of resource with which we are well on the way with Han****. It's all part of the process that all 3000 explorers have to go through.

Many won't have found anything yet. Many will know they have something but no where near knowing what and how much.
Many will have 1 project some will have 2 only a few will have several.
Many will be in highly unstable political countries.
Many will have low grades, some will have good grades, few will have excellent.
Some will have majors located right next door, many will be all alone.
Most won't have high grade DSO iron, silver, copper, zinc and gold. Many will have one or the other.
Many will be right at the start of their journey, some will have derisked significantly.
Many will have £300k in the bank with very little prospects of raising further, some will have millions in the bank with proven JORC resources for leverage.
Many will find it very difficult to find a suitable JV, some not so.

Yes, there are many explorers out there but all are on differing parts of the journey with very different fundamentals and risk levels. Our job as investors is to pick the right ones based on our risk appetite. Based on the above I have picked UFO. If it isn't for you then pick another one.

Thanks for the Intel Larry. So as 66% of the votes are held in France and it can be done in as little as 3 clicks, why on earth have we struggled to get 20%. You would have thought even the angry investors would have voted NO. For 80% to stay silent something is a miss.

I'd seriously like to see DA in attendance. There could be an official ceremony for GM to handover the reigns. Then a big closing speech from DA advising us of all his insights into the next 3 - 6 months.

I am pretty sure that once all the free shares and options have been valued, allotted and finalised then we will start to see a constant positive news flow.

I bet if they found a way of completely digitalising and 90% automating the process then the 20% wouldn't have been a problem. Possibly, the 1st agm may have gone ahead with the majority of the resolutions being a NO. So in a way I am thankful that voting wasn't too easy.

It will happen one day where platforms such as HL, IG etc send you an automated link to your account, you select yes or no and submit. No need to prove holding as HL or IG will do that. This is then automatically collated and counted by an actual computer and returned to the company by said date. So easy any investor can do it. One day it will be like this for all.

Surely Mandy doesn't have to work weekends manually counting our votes on a calculator. I'm not so sure anymore.

It still amazes me when I watch poll stations counting all the pieces of paper/card. Come on! Get up to speed already.

Personally, I think the change from PCR to LFT on day 2 is an appalling decision, the reasoning behind it is worse still. What is even worse is the decision to completely remove pre departure testing back to UK. Again, all for the wrong reasons. After all, you make it cheaper for people to go on holiday so they can go and spend all their UK earned wages in foreign countries which consequently helps increase their economies whilst reducing ours. We also offer this service to our international friends at the expense of our own people's health and well being.

Having said this, what revenues may be lost by ncyt in the impending reduction of PCR testing will imo be largely replaced by the impending increase of Microgen sales. We have the distribution channel already. We have the sales network. I sincerely hope GM has continued his forward thinking by securing the manufacturing resources as the demand could likely lead to a global shortage.

It's a fluid market still with regulations and sentiment changing on an almost weekly basis. It's pivitol that ncyt stay ahead of the curve. My money says they will.

Imo if you're struggling to get 20% of your shareholders to vote then responsibility must sit with the company. There are reasons shareholders are abstaining from voting en mass. 2 main reasons I can think of are:

1. Very poor Bod engagement with shareholders
2. Archaic process that simply needs modernising

Both of which fall solely at the feet of the company to fix.

Imo GM has set DA up with a golden Platter with all the trimmings. Think about it,

the SP is in the basement
Investor sentiment is in the basement
Company fundamentals are through the roof

All DA has to do is communicate and he's a sales man so I bet he even talks in his sleep. The rest will look after itself.

Now I in no way believe GM has intentionally done this, why would he, but nevertheless the stage has been set. Up step the new Messiah.

One good take on this is that clearly GM was set in his ways and refused to do anything to turn the investor revolt. One would think this level of distrust and unhappiness would slap DA right between the eyes on entry into the ncyt HQ. It will be right at the top of his list of things to change from day 1. Imo the change will be obvious when it starts and I'm excited for it.

Fully agree here. Given that these scenarios will most definitely play out a million times by the end of the year, and given that the vaccine clearly does very little to quash the spread of the virus (this maybe more to do with people believing they are now invincible), we are now at a very serious risk of cases spiking to 6 figures per day. This in turn enables a breeding ground for the virus to try millions of different mutations. This gives a high chance for one to work which evades the vaccine and natural immunity and back on the merry go round go we.

My prediction is that a new mutation will come when the virus feels most threatened. This is likely to be as we come out of winter, which if it does will completely scupper next summer again. Rinse repeat until we get a strategy that actually works to contain the virus. Increased testing, better PPE, social distancing, better masks. We can learn to live with the virus and control it. At the moment we are living with it by pretending it's not there. That's not what science meant Boris when it said we have to learn to live with it. Oh dear!

U18's don't need to take a PCR. My understanding is that everyone has to take a LFT when arriving back in the UK although not sure on what age that goes down to. To prove the result you have to take a photo. What's to stop my wife taking all the tests for my family and we just upload the photos? Not sure what the photo is meant to prove exactly.
