Hi Larry, more than happy for the bod to have financial incentives. That is the norm on any market. Just an observation that until those shares are granted there is actually an incentive for the bod to keep the SP low. Save up any good news until after grant date, get my allotment of free shares and options and then BOOM. So in summary, assuming the shares will be granted at the end of this month, I expect November to be a very news flowing month. Just my thoughts. No problem for lth's

Wow Steve, you can't honestly believe that ncyt's main problem is a few shareholders on a BB giving their opinion on the companies communication strategy. I can confidently say that that has little to no effect on the SP.

What does have an effect is:

1. Dispute
2. General sentiment in society wanting and believing covid is over.
3. Lack of clarity on the future of ncyt from 2022 onwards

There's my top 3. Investors having a moan is their right given the BODs lack of support from £12 to £2.50. Good luck with your other investments also.

No point in running up the share price just yet then at least until the shares have been granted. Then it's game time.

Chris2, please post your research. I would be keen to see the other side of the fence. If it is genuine and stacks up then you can't be classed a deramper. It gives all investors opportunity to evaluate our investment. Have to have one eye in the potential downside. Thanks in advance

Some very valid points there Steve however, I started my investment here back in September 2020 based purely on the hype around the DHSC contract and the sentiment around Covid, not the quality of news flow. Back then it probably wasn't too bad. I have always believed that the platform ncyt have built will propel them to mid cap in the post covid world. That belief is what keeps me here. There are multiple ways that ncyt can communicate their performance to the market without revealing their cards. There will be a million examples of it out there across every market but I don't have the time or desire to share examples.

Why don't we let the market decide who has the best approach. My belief is, when DA comes on board you will see a stark change in how we communicate to the market, the tone, the prudence, the positivity will all change. When it does I believe the market will react and we will begin our north east trajectory. If it does, I will say I was right. If it doesn't, I will say you weren't wrong. :-)

Hi Chris, some proper investors like to create forecasts so we can try to ascertain what the company might be worth in X years. My forecast is currently a lick away from being a finger in the air. I guess some investors like being in the dark repeatedly reassuring themselves "it'll be ok won't it, yes it should be, I'm sure it will". Maybe that is what you think is a proper investor. Me, I like more information.

We'll have to agree to disagree on this point Steve. All we know from GM is last year we nailed £277m, this year we will bring home £100m and next year who knows, we have been told covid will drop off 50% and we will begin our transition to non covid products. That is what we know. Because we haven't been given any meat to the bone on, the face of it, it looks as though we have year on year decline. Now I for one don't believe this but the market doesn't read between the lines so until the market sees more information the market will continue to undervalue ncyt. Meanwhile, I'll keep finding the funds to top up whilst I wait patiently for DA to inject a bit of life into our news feed.

I think the point is Steve, can't remember the dates exactly but in Q2, they said "we expect £100m", in H1 they said "we expect £100m" and most recently they said "we expect £100m". So no new news in almost 6 months. The market needs a bit of meat on that bone. This current angle isn't working clearly. We need a new angle. Up steps DA. Only a week to go. I expect a stark difference.

"In the past 30 days we have signed 3 contracts worth in excess of £2m each over the next 6 months for the supply of our xxxxxx product"

Just an example of what can be disclosed and thereby everyone wins. Enough information provided to ignite sentiment but too little to jeopardize our customer relationships.

According to government data we have a antibody test capacity of 120,000 per day. We have been averaging less than 1,000 actually performed tests until recently. Government or science never got on board the need for antibody testing.

The future for us still appears to be PCR hence all the recent developments. LFT's are also going to be very popular for the foreseeable. Need to see some sales from Microgen now.

“It would be reasonable to expect that all low-carbon energy systems are more likely than not to be more metal intensive than high-carbon systems. In fact, all literature examining material and metals implications for supplying clean technologies agree strongly that building these technologies will result in considerably more material-intensive demand than would traditional fossil fuel mechanisms.”

Bodes well for our Silver mines in Mexico and Aus. Our iron ore in Aus. Copper in Mexico. Sure we have plenty of Zinc in there as well. Spread your chances.

Only a short read but I found it interesting. Steel production is currently a very high carbon producing process and one which obviously needs cleaning up. One way is to reuse scrap steel. It could impact on the future demand of iron ore but according to the graph, even using scrap the demand for iron ore is still expected to be huge even as far out as 2040. Any drop in iron ore demand will be first felt by low grade suppliers (in the 50%'s). Luckily we are based in Australia who have some of the best grades in the world.

This report was done in May 2020. Now factor in the covid effect on demand for steel as global economies begin to fight their way back from a potentially long lasting recession.

This appears to be issue. We have differences of opinion largely as a result of traders/shorters being short term and investors being long term. Chris stated earlier that some of his opinions have been right. They were short term so he can say that. My opinions aren't right or wrong yet because not enough time has passed to find out. 2 years from now I'll know. During that time I'm pretty sure Silver will smash $30 out of the park only to drop again to $20 before shooting up to $50 and everything in between. I have no interest in what it looks like next month. Next year more so.

I have more interest in the parts controllable by UFO. I asked earlier if Chris could support his 8-10 year claim for a DSO mine to be producing. Can any of our esteemed bulls support a lower time frame and what is that time frame? Thanks

I'm here for my investment but also looking to learn more and more about the company and the markets it operates in. We are sat on millions of tonnes of DSO iron ore that is literally directly under our feet. Stick a shovel in and it's there. I would be fascinated to see what makes you believe it would take 8-10 years to start production. Please share the article of point me to a company who has experienced this. If you do think that then there is no wonder why your not invested here. That is a long long long time.

Chris, sounds like a list of opinions. Some of which may have come true. As an unsuspecting investor are you saying I should just go with what you say. I was after substance but yet again it appears to be lacking.

1. Iron ore is not that correlated to the UFO SP. It wasn't that long ago it was at $230 and we weren't exactly flying high. So you predicted a fall from these highs. Not exactly mystic meg. I guess you predicted that China would take their stance on iron or was your prediction based purely on fresh air. Lth won't sell because they see a temporary fall in a commodity price. We have lots of quality iron and can be very profitable at $100 imo however, I believe iron will be north of where it is today by the time we are churning it out by the truck load.

2. Same applies to silver, it will go up or down or side ways. You guessed it would go down but imo the long term trend is $30+ and lth's are here for the long term. Demand for silver is set to be huge in the near future and we don't have an infinite supply.

3. A long way from making money. What is a long way and why. I say 12-18 months and we could be producing high grade DSO iron straight from the surface into a bull commodity market. I don't believe that is a long way off.

4. I said this the other day. A placing isn't necessarily a bad thing. All explorers need placings what's important is the when and the discount rate given to the placee's. We have funds to take us well into 2022 and by then I would expect to be well north of 1p so any buy today will be cheaper than a future placing price.

Anyone can see sentiment is against us at the moment but that doesn't mean it will remain that way. Lots of good work being done by Bill and the team. Lots of news to come. Do you have any substance behind why you think sentiment will continue? And when do you see it changing? Or in your opinion will it never change and UFO will just fold and delist. Please provide substance if you are to share negative opinions.
