RE: Scoping Study delivers compelling development case for the Han**** Iron Ore Project19 Oct 2021 08:29
Let's not forget, this is done on $100/t. Likely to be higher than that once 22/23 gets here which will all go to the bottom line. It's sounding more and more like a significant cash cow for us.
Picked up on the fact that we're planning to subcontract 90% of the work out which I believe indicated Bill is planning on going this alone (no JV). That's great because at surface DSO must be the easiest ore to mine so why give any of our profits away.
Let's also not forget that this is likely to double in size and the capex (new road) costs have already been accounted for so even a bigger bottom line.
Subcontracting also means we can use the cash flow from Han**** to rinse repeat and focus on Brockman. There will be some synergies between the 2 that we can utilise also.
It's all looking very positive. Wish Bill would commit to a timeline for the first truck load but I understand why he is not. He sounds confident it can be speedy though.
Awesome.
Chris2, given you tend to see things from the opposite end of the spectrum to mist if us here, I would be keen to hear your thoughts on this.
