1. What is the actual Q3 sales number?
2. What are the RESplex, Hiberplex, Imuplex tests all about?
3. What's happened in the last 2-3 months regards US. Have we got the team in place or still looking to fill the 10 positions.
4. What is the plan with the £85m cash? We've had that balance for 12 months.
5. How is Winterplex going, Variplex sales, Versalab sales.

These are the questions I want to know. Most of what you stated I knew several months ago.

Imo Brockman will take years to firm up the 200mt+ of iron ore. Therefore any sale will be done at a massive discount. No need to give any of Brockman away. Once you have a measured MRE on Brockman, even if only 10mt, you start digging it up and selling it which more than pays for the continued drilling as we expand the MRE. If we sell early, we get a minimal cheque compared to the value that is actually there. Imo

Qiagon have a Resplex test. Apparently it can detect upto 20 respiratory viruses. Not sure if this had been discussed. Thought it was interesting that it was the same name as ours. Could it be a similar test?

Thanks Larry, it states filed 20th Oct 2020 and published 15th September 2021. So published 6 weeks ago. Why haven't we heard anything about this. Kind of makes you feel that it isn't that great. Certainly sounds it but if ncyt arn't shouting about it I guess it's nothing. Good find though

PaulQ. We don't know. I listed the other day 4 possible funding methods of which it could be 1 or a mixture of. I would very much like a RNS detailing how they plan to raise the $30m as this would pretty certain confirm whether we JV or not. Unfortunately, I don't think Bill knows yet. All in good time.

Appreciate that byp. I was pointing out another reason as to why people don't get vaccinated other than the one you were eluding to in your original reply to me. You may see the world as black or white but in reality it is much more complex. I believe it is this concept that you may not fully appreciate.

As for your last paragraph, you mention the unvaccinated as if the spreading of this virus is exclusive to them which again is a very narrow minded and a very inaccurate view.

No, I mean the other side. The one where they're not quite sure how the vaccine interacts with the numerous other conditions that numerous other people may have, which kind of makes it a test phase still. Some people arn't happy with the risk and have weighed up the risk of catching covid and decided to wait on the vaccine. You would have to be able to respect and appreciate other people's views to understand that though.

Depends which side of the fence you sit with regards to the vaccine I suppose.

Appreciate the detail Steve. It certainly supports our case. I'll never understand why these things take so long to resolve. Clearly, feet are being dragged.

Imo a negative dispute resolution would not clear our bank account. For 2 reasons.

1. Of the £129m and £49m only £105m has been paid. This includes VAT so let's call it £85m we would have to refund. By year end we will likely have £77m + £18m + £10m let's call it £100m. Even if it got settled at year end and we had to cough it all up immediately we would still have £15m left in the bank. That is still a pretty amount in AIM.

2. We would never agree to a full refund so it would be the courts who decide and that would take years. During that time we would be raking in around £36m+ per annum so by the time we would have to pay the bank balance would cover it comfortably.

3. It is unlikely the courts would demand ncyt to pay immediately as ncyt would argue it would significantly disrupt business. Imo a payment plan would be put in place therefore minimal affect on the bank balance.

The cash pile isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Just growing. With any luck we'll make a sizeable acquisition in the next 12 months that will use up some of that cash and also some shares.

Byp, as far as derampers go I will hand it to you that you are one of the better ones, except for when you resort to insults and defamatory comments. At least you write more than one line and on some points I can actually agree with you.

In terms of investing in ncyt today, if I had spare funds I would have no problem filling my boots here. You buy for potential. You buy because the fundamentals of the business far outweigh the SP and hence at some point in the future you will grow your funds. Ncyt potential is huge. We have gone over this multiple times.

Dispute is heavily factored in so on resolution I expect a sharp rerate.
We are building a US operation
We have a strong and growing base of q machines out there
We are in a huge industry which whilst it has been volatile due to uncertainty the post covid industry will be massive. We won't let another virus catch us out like this, that is for sure. At least that will be the plan. Ncyt will be centre of that infrastructure.

The reasons I am frustrated at the moment is all around communication. Why don't ncyt communicate? Because they don't need to. They don't need anything from us. I wish they did. They see the PI investor base as a pain in the backside, never pleased. DA may have been brought in to kick start Comms with the II's because ncyt fully expect to be needing them pretty soon. Maybe a major acquisition is on the table. Who knows. It's all speculation but there is clearly a strong case for PI's to be buying at this price in particular. II's will come on board as soon as we set out the strategy and give a more detailed future guidance.

Just needs patience which for me is pretty thin today.

A mixture of both reasons I suspect. Whilst a bumper contract with the UK would be lovely it is not actually what we need. We just need sales and we have the personnel and distribution channels to get them from any of the major markets outside China. Some non covid news would also provide rocket fuel for this SP.

I do agree that Q3 results should have been released. They would have been known 2 weeks ago at least. They reported in Q1 and H1 so why not Q3. No one knows so all we can do is wait. I know I certainly won't be selling on the back of them so it is more to just satisfy my boredom with this share. Give me something to munch on. Not to mention, I am heavily invested here and would like to know how business is going.

PI100, the general trend over the last few weeks is rising. It is too soon based on a few days to call a change to that trend. Let's see what this week says.

Word on the street is that only a fraction of people come forward to get tested so whatever the figures it is likely to be higher. BoJo is waiting for herd immunity to kick in with the school and uni kids. May take a while.

The faster herd immunity happens the better in the govs eyes. They want it before winter gets here. Ah, maybe that is why all defences have been removed.
