I think most unvaxxed are aware of the risks and already weighed them up Craig but thanks for pointing them out. The key point is that people get a choice. That way, they can take responsibility for any repercussions.

Of course most if us here do hope for that to be the case with Omicron but it's not yet and certainly isn't that simple. The chances are this will evolve into a seasonal coronavirus that will come back in slightly different forms for the next 100+ years. Every now and again it will mix with a swine flu or an avian flu or something else and will wreak havoc for a year or 2. Rinse repeat. Maybe one day science will learn how to completely eliminate them or even better, learn how to use them for our own advantage but we are decades off that.

I did think that was the case. So how long until the covid pass becomes 3 jabs required. All adults will have been offered a booster by end of Jan22. So now the gov are in a precarious position of

A) do they make the change to the vaccine passport to 3 jabs, and make everyone else take a negative test.

B) carry on letting untested double jabbed people drink, sing and dance together with each other and negatively tested unvaxxed people, thereby facilitating an increase in Omicron infections

C) or just make testing mandatory to get into any mass gathering event or location regardless of vaccine passport and basically do away with the passport completely until we have a vaccine that actually stops you from becoming infectious in the first instance.

What will they do

Am I right in saying that double jabbed people can get into night clubs, cinemas, theatres etc WITHOUT a negative test? Despite science saying 2 jabs isn't enough to stop you getting Omicron.

To be fair, 2 jabs wasn't enough to stop you getting Delta but that's by the by.

Here we go again. A study based on just 581 cases. How is that even representative. Remember when they told us Moderns was 95% efficacy. Pfizer was about 93%, Astra was 90% or something based on a study. Later turned out to be more like in the 70's. Quite a big difference. Such a small sample size.

So let me get this right. Gov says to ODX here's £2.5m go get prepared because we are going to flood you with orders. So ODX crack on and spend the money redesigning the factory to accommodate the additional machinery. Several months later the gov say, right we've changed our minds and want our money back (er, we've spent it silly, as you advised). WOW. The fact that the gov think that is morally and ethically ok tells me they haven't got a clue what is going on.

This actually fills me with great confidence over our dispute. Maybe GM held out because it is an absolute stonewaller and hence GM was like "no way are you getting anything back". The length of time it is taking might actually have nothing to do with it being 6 of 1 and half a dozen of the other. It may just be that the process takes a hell of a long time especially when one party is refusing point blank to take responsibility i.e DHSC.

FY21 £99m
FY22 £50m

One thing is for sure, if we don't get an uplift in FY21 figures we will for sure get one in FY22 figures. An uplift is usually met with a nice rise in sp. Not expecting any update in terms of the £99m now as too close to YE. It will come in Jan and will hopefully be a positive suprise of around £110-115m. Then I can only prey they give us some numbers for FY22 because if they don't the derampers will have a field day.

I have no reason to believe we wouldn't. Worldwide demand has clearly gone through the roof recently and since Nov 1st supply would have reduced. It all equates to more sales for us who let's not forget, already had opened global sales routes. I am expecting an annual turnover figure north of £100m.

The problem is, the buyers that are sending the SP up seem to be the traders that are sending it down. If the traders were gradually selling to LTH's then we would gradually be working out way up. Which lth's would sell down here. It's just that they don't appear to be buying either. Dispute resolution will fix that.

I'm all for testing but I think we need to reign in some of the estimates here. 100k cases per day I would expect to be the ceiling. Still, from one country that is plenty of demand.

It is well said now that we have never in the modern era faced a foe quite like covid. However, flip the coin and it could be said that viruses have never ever faced a foe as formidable as us with our modern science. The vaccines, treatments ect put real pressure on the virus and so soon after its birth. A virus has to adapt to survive, that's what it does. We've never put such pressure on a virus in such a short space of time. Omicron is evidence of the viruses survival instinct. It's bought itself time but the clock is already ticking. What will it do next.

Vaccine protects others? Pmsl. Say that to the 68 Spanish health workers who contracted covid at a all vaxxed party at the weekend. Give me strength.
