Ibiza i suppose ideally we want the next RNS to say EL has been granted but in a way it would be good to get a RNS to say Minerals Council has agreed the EL - and has now been passed to the Minister - leaving the SP to rise - wait as you say a couple of weeks for the SP to increase - then get the RNS to say Minister signed off so a solid step by step SP increase - and then hopefully a RNS to confirm funding agreement with Petrovis so no dilution and a contract with Petro China to use their drilling equipment and drilling starts immediately - well that's my hopes anyway

I'd be glad if they were but haven't seen a share purchase for 8.9p this morning yet - I would think it's what these MM's left in stock at that SP at that time - but just guessing tbh

Is it a stupid question but would it be out of the question for the government to go into an agreement with PM on block XX so they basically earmark the oil for the refinery ?

Would IMO think EL signed off and granted before this as shows good willing from the government to potential foreign investors

D1nger have been also thinking on the same lines ref Petro China - not sure how takeovers work in Mongolia but with the Oil Refinery in mind would the Mongolian government allow a takeover to happen in regards PC moving all the oil to China instead of the Oil Refinery - as mentioned I haven't a clue how takeovers work - would be interested to hear any thoughts on this - $1 to $2 billion dollars would be very nice and retirement

Master I would prefer us not to do a placing/funding - I would much rather do a small one to raise say $10 to $15 million dollars at an higher SP so not to dilute too much and just use Petro China for the drilling rig contracts and keep the oil to ourselves - Farm out of the raptors I would much prefer

Yes Jadam you are correct - once the last 2 parts are completed - it is for the minister to then sign it off - the minister does not have to pass or discuss with any other department - solely on him/her to pass - hoping it will be well before June

Jadam, the past dealings of previous BOD's has i would of thought put some investors off - placings monies previously misued, Bergen deal etc. As we know all is different now - MB has in my eyes done a great job, hands have been tried but we are now very close to being a producer. This is Mike's "last post" so i think he wants to go out with a bang - putting Mongolia on the map as an O & G producer. Don't forget Directors bought into the last placing at 10p. Once we get the EL i believe investors will pile in. As per your SP thoughts i have always thought of this being north of £1 if everything falls in place - IMHO so not ramping. Don't forget BG farmed in here previously until bought out by Shell who pulled the plug. I can see the Raptors creating new interest from potential farm in partners. Have been here for many years and the most confident i have felt that we are very close to reaching the potential PM has always had. Just a bit more patience - EL granted and bang off we go

Jimi - Yes very positive RNS - BB talk of running out of cash - now gone - BB talk of government potentially stitching PM up and delaying EL grant on purpose - now gone - BB talk of PM not providing the government with all the relevant info required for EL - now gone - BB talk of MB doing nothing behind the scenes and just taking the money - now gone - just need EL now rubber stamped - bit more patience needed - nearly there

SY just think people will be jumping in when the EL is actually confirmed as granted

ThePOF - you are correct - just think people are being very conservative with expected SP - so they are not accused of ramping - imho potential is huge - easily more than 5 bagger as mentioned below but as said that's my opinion
