Ref my previous text - Donald Leggatt has commented that Malcy's decision to do meeting after EL granted is the correct way as he also believes basically nothing to discuss pre EL - I have replied and said if MB reaching out pre EL is it perhaps he wants to allay shareholders fears - if anybody wants to also contact Donald on Twitter please do so - as the more pressure we put on the better hopefully

Further to the latest RNS I posted a message on Twitter to Malcy Graham-Wood & Donald Leggatt to ask if they could approach Mike Buck for a post RNS meeting & apparently MB approached Malcy - Malcy stated to MB he would prefer to do after the current EL blockage is sorted - Donald Leggatt - who is very pro PM and MB said he would be happy to interview MB - I have asked if he will approach MB to offer him the interview and if possible for Donald for us to send him questions to ask MB - I will keep the board posted if I get an answer

Spainish - good comments - I bombarded PM Admin & IR with emails - I also contacted FTI Consultants and Shore Capital - contact details at the end of RNS's - don't think it would hurt if more pressure put on them - I might be naive here but do you think PM should be telling us shareholders what and if they have already agreed anything post EL being granted - we presume a small placing will take place as per MB - but would it be good for them to say - once the EL has been granted we have already agreed funding - JV etc etc with whoever - well I'm hoping they have - surely this could help the SP - give confidence and for any small placing at an higher SP - or as mentioned am I being naive thinking they should put all their cards on the table now or wait for EL to be granted - interesting to hear comments on this

Email reply I have just received off Investor Relations

We are aware of the speculation on online forums regarding the slow progress of the Exploitation Licence and accusations that this is due to issues between Petrovis and the Mongolian Government.
Petro Matad has seen no evidence of this and although the progress of granting the Exploitation Licence has been slower than we had hoped, all approvals have so far have been granted and we continue to maintain strong working relationships with all relevant government agencies.
We would like to assure you that we are doing all we can to secure the licence and to progress the development as fast as the process allows, and newsflow will be disclosed to the market when it is appropriate to do so.

Whether it will make any difference I have emailed both FTI Consultants - Matads Communications Advisory Firm and also Shore Capital their Advisor and Broker - let's see what they come back with - will give them a day and then will phone them - I understand people's posts on these boards and both positive and negative - but imho the total lack of communication - 3 RNS's in nearly 5 months is very poor - just an RNS follow up from last one to say whether Auditors have been assigned would give confidence - but all you get from Admin at PM is we will notify the market when we are ready - sorry but in my eyes unacceptable reply and arrogant - as said imo

Everything is reliant on getting the Exploitation Licence which could then open funding from different areas which do not dilute shares - Mike Buck did say they might have to do a small placing for costs but as mentioned above an EL is what is needed before we know anything else moving forward

Anybody invested in PM or intends to and you read the comments on this BB - you have to ask the question why does CS constantly post negative comments on here - what ulterior motive does he have - he has previously said he posts to wind people up - this is the type of person he is - i would take any comments he makes with a pinch of salt - read the RNS's - make your own mind up but steer clear of this sad person

Covid has not been the main reason why the EL has not yet been issued - it hasn't helped but Mongolia are known for being slow. Last year there was the elections - they introduced a new structure into parliament with new committees sub committees etc which had to be created and elected in. They have taken on and implemented the International laws of O & G exploration and they have then undergone training the relevant people in these new laws. They also haven't issued an EL licence for over 10 years - so all in all not just a delay because of Covid -very frustrating but a fact. Keep the faith GLA

Imho with EL granted - finance without major dilution - which I believe is a definite - JV and licences to drill all of Heron 1 2 3 4 - Raptors - then very possible and more but as said imho - I am in and waiting for he day

Scousemouse - not rude at all - imho 99% of PD's posts are factual - the only thing I would query is no agreement with PC as yet even though there have been discussions and they supplied 3D on block XX - so already a good working relationship there - yes massive potential as we all know - personally I would much rather read PD's posts and many others than the ulterior motives behind CS's posts who has previously commented that he sometimes posts just to wind people up - so says it all tbh - but each to their own - all the best anyway

Would think most likely traders thinking EL RNS would be licence granted and looking for the big rise. Now they know it's not happening straight away sell off - and buy elsewhere - they will be back though - as mentioned this morning opportunity to buy if able to knowing we are a step closer - as we all know it won't be at these prices when EL is granted - patience is the key - been in here years and always believed - GLA
