Investor33 - spot on - scaremongers out again - it's been such a long time since the last RNS - wow 4 working days !!! and all of a sudden apparent one comment is Mongolian government holding back for new refinery - they have just issued the EL ??? - it's on the funding and JV for next news but oh no that's now going to be next year now according to our Mongolian insider in the government - scaremongering again - nobody knows what's going to happen - such crap posted on here !!! -

Personally think there is a mix here - MM's playing this and collecting cheap shares - taking out stop losses - day traders taking out profits - still in my opinion we will get a JV/funding RNS very soon - Reasoning I still question why MB after a ground breaking RNS re EL being granted - waiting 18 months for it - didn't do a PR interview when he always has previously - more so this time. That in my mind tells me another RNS is coming very soon - as said imho

Mantasz, absolutely spot on - I am expecting a funding and JV RNS very soon hence no PR interview by MB after EL grant RNS - which was really huge news - so why no post RNS - hence why I think another RNS to follow not long after - as said imho

MB has nearly always followed up an important RNS with an interview - not this one I wonder why ??? imho as I have said previously I don't think the 25 year EL would have been granted if funding wasn't in place. That's why I would not be surprised to see a follow up RNS next week confirming funding and then followed by a MB interview - they have had 18 months to get funding in place so think it would only be a crossing of the "t's" and dotting of the "i's" once EL was granted. As said though imo - GL all - roll on next week

Oldheb, obviously dependant on EL RNS - Q1 - EL granted and JV and funding in place with oil being taken out of ground before end of year - then multiples of current SP - could be above 50p - I think the above will happen as I think the Government wouldn't grant the EL which is I believe 25 years if funding wasn't in place - SP will increase if above happens but without drilling this year this will keep it low until March next year - not sure if as low as 4p though. Q2 100 beans if all above comes in - 25% as mentioned if no drilling. With regards Petro China - I would be concerned if Petrovis weren't the major shareholder but imho I think Petrovis will solidify their holdings when it comes to funding as otherwise this could be an easy buyout for them - as said imho

Another 2 buys recorded yesterday totally nearly 900k in shares - is this somebody loading up or MM's mopping up ready for the news - more buys than sells and SP continues to drift ???

See more big buys going through - numerous multiple of 100k buys over the last few weeks and nearly a million shares in 2 buys this week - somebody loading up ready for the big news - fingers crossed it's coming soo.

Okay once the EL is granted - funding and JV confirmed with plan of development - they will falling over themselves to get in - just a bit more patience needed

Wouldn't be surprised someone knows EL is coming - am I being sentimental or what but am i wrong in thinking that the announcement of the granting of the EL has been delayed of late so it can be bought in line with the new President taking office - the Oil Refinery is his baby and an announcement to say we have granted an Exploitation Licence to a Mongolian owned company and our road to using our own oil resources is starting from now - would be a great announcement for the government and also pre the International O & G Forum - a big shout out to induce foreign investors - wouldn't it be great for the President to announce it - well I can hope !!!

The outstanding technical issues relating to the Plan of Development have now been addressed by the Company and members of the Mineral Resources Professional Council (MRPC) signed off on these clarifications.

The Company is making the necessary but minor amendments to the Plan of Development documentation in parallel with the MRPC finalising its conclusion. The formal application for award of the Exploitation Licence has been submitted to the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry and after review and approval by the relevant departments, the Licence award will be formalised in a ministerial resolution.

D1nger - spot on but wish PM had of explained this a bit clearly - eg all previous queries/questions have now been agreed and we now submit the formal application to MMHI who when granted will forward to the minister to sign off - imho not clear at all to be honest

As previously mentioned on here PM have to RNS their final results by 30th June. Within the previous 5 years Final Results RNS's they also have included an Operational Update.
30th June 2016, 29th June 2017, 4th June 2018, 17th June 2019 & 15th June 2020, so 8 more trading days and we will have a RNS - here's to hoping for the news we have all been waiting for GLA

A couple of points I believe that are relevant from previous RNS,s - I am trying to locate them but pretty sure MB said that once info is passed to a government department - on receipt they have to reply within 30 working days - ref the quote on Mongolia Gov holding back on licence and waiting for refinery up and running - MB also said he had discussed with Petrovis ref a sort of mobile refinery - as said trying to locate the relevant RNS"s

Ibiza ref your previous message on clutching at straws ref EL RNS date being Mon 7th June, you could actually read it another way - RNS - Mon April 12th - was start of 2nd full week in April - RNS - Mon May 10th was also the start of the 2nd full week in May - now the date of the start of the 2nd full week in June is Mon 14th June !!! - Roll on next Monday lol - for another clutching of straws - here's hoping !!!

Looks like the new President elect is Khurelsukh - the man behind the oil refinery project - hopefully another plus for PM

Purpose of the message was for info purposes Only - for me I believe we will get EL before end of June - ref the Expo - I think its good to have a date on this as i think EL needs to be granted before this goes ahead for reference to potential international investors - also MB will imho want to drill/exploit that oil this year so he will be pushing the government for an answer. ATB
