IMHO this SP could be any price dependant on what comes out in the RNS's. If they sign a JV with Petro China to cover the drilling costs of block XX and also block V who knows what it could be ???

Be wary of Hamm - continually posts blatantly incorrect and negative information. Info he cannot back up - has been in here many years whereas previously shouted how good Matad was. Jimi exactly my thoughts - Spainish I'm not inferring that you do not have contacts and knowledge within Mongolia but many a time you post comments with no substance behind it. As Jimi said it appears to come across that you have some sort of axe to grind or are very negative towards PM - whether that's past history losses I don't know, but would be good for the benefit of the board for you to share more of your knowledge. Hamm, Mr.B post - I need say no more - it's not just me then - by the way I am not new to MATD and have been in since before the Bergen deal and yes I have been totally p*ssed off with some of the stuff that has happened over the years pre MB and mistakes have been made since - block XX should of been drilled before blocks IX and X but they wasn't but that's now gone. Mistakes would of been learnt from that - I wished I had sold at 38p but didn't - my mistake - I will learnt from it - and I also do have a tidy amount of shares as well - but all in all MATD are probably now in the best position they have ever been in - found oil - fully funded to drill 3 wells and do some 3D seismic - we've had to endure the EL wait - let's look forward to hopefully a JV signed pre Xmas to improve on the 3 wells for next year and some long overdue oil revenue - personally and it's my choice I would rather be optimistic than continually moan about something I can't change and something I don't know the real reasons why a certain decision has been made - IE just guessing - but it's each to their own - anyway GL and ALB LTH

Hamm, 3 of those facts were not the fault of MATD - government slowness, new international rules and procedures being used for the first time - Covid etc - Can I presume that if the SP drops to 2p you will actually forget about those facts you have mentioned and buy in and MATD will once again be one of the best prospects on AIM ?

TSSZ - Ref a takeover - just cannot see this happening - surely Petrovis and the Mongolian government in regards to the licences would have some say in this and wouldn't let this happen anyway. Interested to hear other thoughts - and aslo definitely if it was allowed to happen would be a damn sight more than 13 to 15p ???

Hamm mentioned a few times ref not drilling this year - after grant of EL government has 90 days to create the boundary for the drilling area - we know how slow this government is - rigs required and workers who will be Petro Chinas workers both in China - Covid restricted - so PM played safe and was honest and upfront on this point - waiting to hear news on the rest of what has happened since - as always mentioned and emailed to PM - MB needs to do a PR interview pretty soon now the Open Offer is confirmed and concluded - EGM today - so really no excuse after than is also concluded - let's wait and see - as agreed by most us PI's we deserve an explanation

Yes I can see the Open Offer RNS today but I think a more clearer comment would be - decimated the SP for $10.4 million + £76,000 - bit of a difference - as mentioned even though not happy with 3.5p placing price
