Check the attached link on FB by Merit an NGO which shows that Sproule a leading Global Petroleum consulting and advisory firm delivered a 3 day virtual training course on Petroleum Management systems PRMS to the Mongolian Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry and MRPAM which is the Mongolian Mineral Resources Authority of Mongolian - this took place between May 12th and 15th. These are the companies who will be providie the Exploitation Licence to Matad - as said before this will be why there is a delay - not of Mike Bucks doing at all - which people keep thinking - patience is needed - Mongolia are setting up new procedures are PM are the guniea pig

Perhaps people need to read the below link and they will understand the delay in the granting if the exploitation licence . Bassically PM are being used as the guinea pig in this new procedure Mongolian mining authorities are undertaking so hence can you not see why there is a delays as well as COVID19 added in. This is not of Mike Bucks doing

Interesting that the Mongolian Parliamentary Spring session opened today - last session before elections - hopefully a big push now so they can now get a move on with exploitation licences

Why would PM want to do a placing before exploitation licence is agreed - they currently have funds for Heron 1 so can use that until exploitation licence is received and then the SP should be at a better level than now - does not make sense to do a placing at this moment

After emailing PM asking them ref the issues PC had with the locals and the suspension of blocks 19 and 21 - i had the following reply today

Spot on Ojay - totally agree - MB has stated publically what his thoughts and aims are - we now wait and see - thats all we can do - have waited and have been patient so another few months is nothing to the potential that is there

Our exploration license ends early July next year on block XX - we now need the exploitation license to proceed with getting the oil out the ground - hopefully it will be 90 days after they informed the government of their oil find. If they have 30 days to notify of an oil find then say 9th Sept + 30 days = 9th Oct - then 90 days so hopefully 7th Jan at the latest - Mike did say could be early next year but obviously sooner the better and SP should imho rerate

Tbh as a LTH i'm not surprised by this at all - Mike's shareholder call was excellent, positive and no placing confirmed. Imho the only downside is as Mike said you won't be getting drill, spud type of news due to winter closure so only news you will get will be licences, farm in type of news. The next required news is getting the Exploitation Licence which is the catalyst to further news and this might not happen until early next year. So all short term traders will now be selling up as don't want money tied up. Now looking at getting my average down over the next few months. For me i believe its all good news for LTH's

I pretty sure they have put the shareholder conference call out before - was a very positive call from Mike - talked non stop for approx 50 mins - went through the corporation presentation but covered off add on stuff - covered that much that it only resulted in 1 question at the end - tbh am buzzing after this call - was better than i thought it would be

All good now Mike getting the word out - meeting with high wealth investors today - LSE conference tonight - interview with Malcy sometime this week - no placing confirmed - just sit back now and wait for the newsflow RNS's - Exploitation Licence agreed hopefully next big news
