I don't know what their demands are they want an order for. Hasina needs to issue in a new approach with Phulbari being ideal for starters to deflect the youth from playing politics and give them jobs- its what they want I presume.

It is obviously a project the Chinese want to happen and those bending Hasina's ear and have access to her are lined up against China and a more egalitarian society. I welcome it if the supreme court gets rid of the 30% as I think Hasina favours it and is against bloodshed in her country. Anything that encourages her to use her own judgement will inevitably lead to a pro OPM decision and her detractors are on the back foot now with the 30% decline of the Taka and IMF dictats. India will obviously want her to give the GL and is a ready market for coal as well as China.

The army and police should appreciate what the freedom fighters fought for. Oppressing meritocracy with bullets is making themselves slaves to the shackles they fought to free themselves from. A modern state will emerge from a new mindset that gives all Bengalis an equal opportunity.

ATM Tang has legally permitted brown envelopes sorted and his own POLO interest, he is a clever company lawyer. The Bangla/Chinese brown envelope will be the issuing to government sponsored rep and PC. The delay in adopting the SoD is costing Hasina massively so the modality of the GL needs sorting CStallion. It is the rerate that delivers our return and should be a nice enough one for me when it happens depending on the structure - how nice.

The Polo loan thread says 14 days to convert loan to shares and must remain under 30%. The GL if it is linked to settling the loan in shares would = 100m and 45% holding so you can see the GL will need to include a big increase in shares in issue; maybe the $1bn contract will be in shares at £1.20 conversion price to PC and also include the 100k for Polo @£0 .0514 keeping Polo under 30%.
