That gargantuan size or anything close to it coming onboard would perhaps rule out any 3rd party liaisons back-stage with Anavio but would certainly have them taken a keen interest.

The indigenous went on strike & Mobil management crew then ramped up production at the beach terminal by 40% giving a clean flare in the process. Was impressed.

The Anavio theory most closely follows the behaviour of the shares converted recently.

I know that Bladders believes the initial 8M were sold off, but reckon that’s still only a maybe.

So there is still last week’s outstanding 6M + today’s 20M
A possible total of 34M shares are still being held.
Will be interesting to see if the last 15 batches of interest fees are floated next week (c.30M shares at the current sp).

The double quotation marks are/were to convey direct quotation,
the singular quotation mark was used as a brief synopsis of what was being said,
this was traditional UK, & I believe the yanks used them in the reversed sense.

Then of course, language is in a constant state of flux, so the old rules only apply to those unable to accept or recognise change ie. all of us over the age of 12.

As per Stas, I had a wee chuckle at the paradox in Mr.T’s use of quotation marks for AM’s alleged thought crimes. So initially thought using some ellipses might have given the reader a clue that it was an interpretation (of AM’s thoughts/words) but when checking the meaning of ‘…’ it is then seen to have differing meanings for different age groups & for the young it is quite negative in meaning.

Mr.T has clarified quite clearly in his post that this is an assumed thought process by AM.

That initial message then gets passed on.
Assume nothing then becomes do nothing.

Might just disagree again Bladderman as there has not yet been sufficient conversions to qualify that the bonds today are cornerstone.
So far, 19 x 2025 securities converted + 13 x 2024.
It needs to exceed 21 securities per year,
To then validate that Anavio have been converting.

13 x 2024 have now had their interest fees paid
plus 4 x 2025 (17 total)
so still have 15 x 2025 to be paid
so another c.30M shares could be acquired by this BH.

LLnP, with it still being not known if Anavio have converted,
It now makes the 37% holding a wee bit on the high side.

As per Harry’s last night post then I suspect it could well be smaller BH driving the sp down to collect larger quantities.

Currently Anavio have close to 37% at conversion rate 13.3p (would need LiveLongnP.., to verify numbers exactly) but as seen recently when converting interest fees into shares this is done at 5-day VWAP, so to gain the maximum holding, the interest fees would be converted at the lowest sp eg. 5.5p giving the greatest number of shares and increasing their % holding. & giving any 3rd party a larger holding.

The scenario then exists that the conversion rate is dropped as some suggested, to 10p. Hence many more shares for their $$. But we are not seeing that.

I would disagree Steve, that the BH decimated the sp,
as the BH when at 16p - 12p - 16p and saw only small packets of securities then being off-loaded (there is still £20M of securities banked) so yes they controlled the sp to a small extent but the retail was then buying & the traders then effectively controlled around the 16p mark but even they could not control the retail pressure in January after Pi’s seeing good progress eventually being made on some flared wells in addition to a good programme of drilling in Q1.

The decimation of the sp was solely done by AM.

It was he who published the prospectus & it he who had rushed it through.

It is the same rushed format that the LTH have seen for the past 3 years.
There is a need for a placing. It then gets promoted & raised. Fair enough.
But Immediately following a successful placing, AM then within 2 weeks, raises yet another placing, “to allow VIP’s & further ii’s to partake”. There is a well documented history of these ‘rushed’ placings occurring immediately after a recent prior placing. The exact same rushed book-build for £14M which then resulted in Hadron Capital flooding the market with their £2M c.12% holdings which they had only acquired 8 weeks previously. The exact same ‘rushed’ quality that we have then seen in several RNS’s : “it’s another COPL word salad” total confusion.

The bonds have facilitated the project & have been drip-fed into the market, with no decimation as per the February 1st 2023 RNS or the April 1st 2022 RNS.

Of course there is dilution And it is now significantly more than the previously estimated c.500M shares, but even then it is still significantly worth while keeping a decent punt on this. The traders tell us that.

Unnd, I believe COPL have a facility for buying back the bonds, for which they then have to pay 114% of the security price ($200k) plus interest accrued.

I believe also that you are so far, the only poster who currently realises the extent of the total holdings that the BH could then accrue.

Their warrants are signed to them, at 16.75p & 18p
