If this goes anywhere near tits up, way way before the senior lenders call a chapter 7,
then the BH will simply reduce AM’s extortionate 100% controlling influence over the board.

They are not going to sit idly buy, knowing that they can not then offload c.£20M of worthless bond securities.

The BH are our insurance policy.

Hi Shouston, no disrespect is meant to Bladderman but I think he was wrong on the smaller BH then selling off & that imo is just spooked Pi’s who are being led down the garden path by traders. What’s the general consensus on the last 4 days of trading… BH or Pi’s .

The London Stock Exchange admits the following securities to trading on AIM:

BARON OIL PLC
62,500,000 ORDINARY SHARES OF 0.025P EACH, FULLY PAID (B01QGH5)(GB00B01QGH57)

Had the BH been selling below 7.3p as was initial suspected (worst case scenario) then that would have continued all the way down to 5p, which then still gave a positive margin on the 6M shares at 13.3p, IF they were going all out to offload. This is currently Pi’s trading.

BM., I had Friday pegged at 7M (will try verify that figure) for which was then reckoned it was 3.5M sells, & predominantly Pi’s selling. Likewise no significant sells this week, other than Pi.

That 5.06% is then split amongst ‘several’ BH, but reckoning that we could see one holding c.9M which should then require TR1.

Some interesting buying.

& BH still sitting with 5.06% from Friday.

Would concur that it’s difficult to see any light as perhaps due your suggestion of NDA but also in no small part, due to AM’s abysmal communications.

I’d say that the only light currently being seen is that wee candle being held up by the BH, which came close to being extinguished on Friday but now appears to getting stronger.

With only 3.5M sells then being ‘documented’.

$1.2M raised in July placings ‘for staff wages plus external professional commissions’ (staff wages then paid by the Pi’s & was then a few months later that AM made his 1st purchase of shares) & this was immediately before the original September 2019 RS report was commissioned.
Last year’s was how much.. ??
& I’m guessing similar at c.$500k.

With 993.5M barrels OIP already on the books,
it does not then make a lot of sense for yet further purchases.

As per Darkstout’s latest posts, there is a very fine line between the margins of positives & negatives of this ever actually taking off. Without any decent production efforts during Q1, then this goose may never take off.

You could literally set your clock by AM’s news releases all last year.
Each one posted immediately prior to a lapse of a previous 1/2 promise, eg. of an impending RBL or of an impending JV or of an impending upgrade, that he then failed to keep.

So, yet another RS report is now… incoming ?
Should I perhaps try look look on the positives..
the last RS report with 993.5M barrels OIP has us at £20M.
So that hopefully the next RS report has us at say c.15B barrels,
& so gets this to my 50p. (assuming the current rate of VWAP dilutions being the same 62.5% of securities converted).

12 months chasing an RBL. Similar time chasing a JV.
Now we are getting all excited again, learning that after 12 months of chasing, we now read that last year’s 1 gazzillion barrels of OIP, just didn’t quite make the grade ???

I’d just be pleased to have a decent field production update.
