I am fully supportive of the non-boosting/fully QC'd approach. We all know that this really is a massive breakthrough in cancer care and the Co will, quite rightly, come under intense scrutiny to back up the results with supporting data.

I feel that most of us LTH's have been patient and supportive of the Co, the least we deserve is to see the company doing everything they can to 'boost' the share price now that it seems the time has come to be able to do that.

Is it that a paradigm shift in cancer treatment is worth only £1.35 ? or simply that not enough investors are aware of what is going on at Avacta?? The second option can and should be addressed urgently starting next week.

They have told us that they are not boosters but I'd really like to know just exactly what it is that Concilium do for their retainer? No excuses after next week.

The reason the SP is static is because the size buyers (Richar, Viking, Terry, Wyn, Eggy et al) are currently stood in the queue at Barclays with their giant whisky bottles waiting to cash in their 2p's

Absolutely and if Pre/Cision is as specific to FAP as we understand it to be (clue in it's name), then it could be a game changer, particularly for patients at risk from cancer types with clear hereditary connections e.g. Breast

Assuming that big pharma are so avaricious that they care only about profit and have zero regard for patient wellbeing, (which in my opinion, is total guff straight from Agent B's conspiracy theory handbook), then the opportunity for an increased dosing regimen coupled with a significantly increased patient cohort will dwarf any 'losses' incurred from anti-chemo treatments etc.....

And that's before we consider the incredible potential of the whole validated Pre/Cision platform and its potential to 'unlock' numerous drugs that are currently too toxic to be administered.

I have no doubt that risks still remain but the ability of BP to profit from a fully validated Pre/Ciusion platform isn't one of them.

New approach required Fudsters

They way that Avacta and the AVA trial has flown under the radar thus far, I feel a company RNS would only only register with a small number of retail investors (basically, us lot) and perhaps a few industry 'insiders'

The company could then make a splash in the NY at the appropriate forum and despite it being potentially weeks and/or months after the RNS, it would still be seen as 'new news' by the broader, mince based investment community

Simple economic theory states that price is where demand and supply intersect.

In simple terms, it is the equilibrium where buyers and sellers agree on the value of a good. In the case of Avacta where supply side is inelastic (No of shares available is currently fixed at circa 280 mill), when demand outstrips supply, price rises and vice versa.

Theoretically, in a fixed market with inelastic supply, (yes the Co can issue more shares), an upturn in demand can drive the price swiftly upwards as unlike an elastic supply model, extra supply (of shares) cannot be generated.

Logic and economic theory suggests that positive PK data will increase the value of AVCT shares and thus price will rise. It's not difficult.

The content of the data is significantly more important than when it is released. In the grand scheme of things it is almost irrelevant if data is released this month, next month or next year.

Having said that, any perceived delay would immediately be jumped upon as a negative and AS being dishonest and missing deadlines again etc etc

Mustn't lose sight of what is really important here, ground-breaking results that are fully QC'd and peer reviewed. If this takes time and extends beyond Q4, then so be it
