I'd usually agree, but given the delays already suffered, I'd say we're right to question why potentially more delays. Although we're not quite at the end of January so let's see!

MrCosts - RM and co can't control what the SP does. All they can keep doing is working hard and hopefully line us up on a trial(s). Let's hope for all our sakes that they are doing that and not playing bin golf or whatever tattyhead is thinking.

Ibiza - I don’t doubt for a minute that MB has and is pushing hard for the LP. But it’s looking more and more and more likely that he and the British consulate have been given lip service only by the minister.

Hamm, who was saying this was a done deal asking what could possibly go wrong, mocked me when I said we are dealing with a third world country. I truly hope this comes good. I doubled up my admittedly small ish holding at 3.5p post MB’s presentation. I couldn’t possibly sell because the pain of missing out on that potential 500%+ rise would far outweigh the pain of it going to £0!

Can you imagine if there was a massive leak of personal data from LSE and Andybe4’s personal details and location were disclosed… now that’d be fun!

It is a frustrating stock to hold, I’ll say that. I still have (hopefully not blind) hope. But if it becomes absolutely clear that this is a dead duck, then I’ll be baying for blood with everyone else.

That’s the bit that annoyed me and for which he has received apparently uncalled for abuse. In fact, it’s what annoys me most about lots of the trolls on this forum. The fact is, we don’t know what Synairgen are doing behind the scenes (the comms is one area where I think we can safely say they can improve on). But they might have all sorts going on that we don’t know or can’t know about yet. We don’t know if it’s rubbish or not. Yet.
Sure, we can go back in time and perhaps say with the benefit of hindsight that they could have done things differently with the trial. Maybe it was over confidence, maybe inexperience.

And as for FTC7’s comment that most research on here is apparently nonsense, well I refer back to my original comment that he could perhaps provide some that isn’t. But as it is, he claims to just be another member of the BB police, selflessly spending his precious time protecting any wannabe investors from this “rubbish”. Oh come on, pull the other one.

This finally explains a lot about FTC7. For starters, the fact he never has anything constructive to say, never has any of his own research or original content to share, always and only comments on others comments…

I would’ve thought the most likely scenario is still that we land a platform trial such as strive or similar?
Second to that, some kind of JV or support from BP.

Strive is already confusing me… I mean it’s been a while since shionogi were announced but at this rate strive isn’t exactly going to have multiple drugs being trialled, which I thought was the plan. It’s all very slow.

It all sounds positive, but when he's told by the minister of mining "he'll fix it within 1-3 months" back in October, and next week is all but that 3 months being up, you do have to wonder if he's just been given lip service. After all, if central government can overrule local government, why not give them the LP immediately.
But then you also hear how Mongolia needs oil for its fancy new refinery and are also handing out other exploration licences, and you think surely they will hand out the LP. In addition, it would look terrible to any other wannabe outside investors looking to work in Mongolia.

But as it is today, we still have no LP. And you wouldn't bet your house on it landing next week or month either.

Research - I’d rather they do it in the country they are listed and where likely most of their shareholders are based. After all, it’s supposed to be an opportunity for investors to ask questions and hold management to account.

Doing it in Mongolia (MB isn’t even there, is he?!) smacks of hiding away and not facing the music.
