The point is that MB was clearly communicating to shareholders not to worry about fundraises in the near term. That is not February. He has knowingly or unknowingly misled investors.

UWOS - MB clearly said in the presentation we were fully funded, that included Velociraptor and the renewable nonsense. He was specifically asked about it at the end and he was banging on about how we have “6 million bucks in the bank” and are all good.

Silly me, I bought the lies. I still hope it comes good but it’s highly concerning there’s still no LP and they felt they couldn’t wait, which tells me they aren’t confident it will be coming anytime soon.

Genuinely interested to hear what some of the more sensible posters like Dozzawba have to say about it this and why they didn’t want for LP if it really is due any day… that to me is the most worrying part of all this. MB should explain that because I am loathe to put more money into this before I know.

FFS WiseOwl, MB is investing a paltry $25,000 out of a raise of $4,000,000. Hardly a ringing endorsement. In fact, that must be the bare minimum for a CEO to do when going cap in hand to investors for donations.

MB must have been desperately waiting for LP at Heron before doing this. In fact, I’m gobsmacked he’s done it now. Why not wait for LP and SP to rocket before doing a raise? Unless he knows something we don’t and that LP is going to be delayed for some time yet. I mean, why else wouldn’t you wait?

Magnus49 is a particularly bad piece of work and should not be listened to. He ramped Parsley Box relentlessly in its final days. And we know how that ended up.

WiseOwl AKA PhillipTan, these are the facts:

- we still do NOT have the LP.
- LP has already been promised for many, many months.
- Phillip Malone the ambassador has been involved for many, many months and doesn’t seem to have been successful thus far. He has most definitely NOT confirmed that there are no problems.
- Petro Matad have been working for many, many months to obtain LP without success.
- Mongolia is a corrupt, third world country.

I could go on.

To reiterate, I am still just about hopeful here (51/49) but your nonsense ramping and false facts help nobody. January is now done and dusted. The SP will likely IMO (but not a fact, get it?) drift lower through February if there are no positive updates.
