Professional - very hard to know what the financials will look like because the last 6m/6m reporting period covered H1 2022 and of course covered a period of time when we were spending ready for a successful P3. But I'd like to think spending has been kept to a minimum. Those large salaries could come under serious scrutiny if the numbers aren't good.

Patagucci, the 12% fall is just the trading between the bid and offer (c.12-14p).

Hard to say, but I've seen a few small pharma recently do JVs and it's not had a great impact on the SP at all. In Destiny Pharma's case, the SP has gone backwards because the market don't see it as a great deal. Our problem (again IMO) is that we don't have a particularly strong position from which to negotiate terms.

Master, stop talking utter conkers. The SP will hopefully go up on positive LP news because there won't be any sellers, hence buyers will have to be willing to pay more, pushing the SP up. It's nothing to do with MM games.

It is very simply ANOTHER month is nearly gone, 1/3 of the year GONE, STILL no LP. And so the SP is drifting off. It's what happens. If you're confident LP is coming, great, it means you can buy more before the rise.

If I were running Synairgen, my plan would not be to rely solely on a free platform trial. That would be like me deciding to stop working in the hope my lucky numbers come up in the lottery.

So my best guess is that they have something else lined up, possibly some kind of JV because I don't see how we can go it alone without raising cash, and I'm not sure how we'd currently raise that cash even if we did decide to go on our own.

Of course, other than a free PT, I'm not sure how we'd get away without some kind of dilution or giving up future earnings. It's one of the many reasons I decided to average down, because the potential upside is not what it was before.

Ultimately, I'm in for the long haul. I'll not be selling at 10p, or probably even my average in price (47p) but we do need to ensure our BOD have OUR best interests at heart.

Still positive primarily because:

- NIH and NIHR both say we deserve another trial.
- Apparent hiring/need of a Medical Affairs Director.
- The Covid therapeutics cupboard is all but empty.

Whether us PI's will see any rewards remains to be seen.

SP drifting lower. No surprise, because we are STILL waiting on LP. If we move through May with no LP also, SP will likely drift back to 3-4p. It's not rocket science. It's reality.

Tommy - we can't wait indefinitely assuming we'll get offered a place on a free platform trial. There comes a point where the board will have to come up with a plan B and move ahead with it.

Polygon/TFG always been an interesting one. I'm not sure there's too much they could do with regards (if they wanted) to exiting from Synairgen. Equally, if they remain positive then why effect any changes?

My own view is that they have been made insiders and know (and indeed might be central to) of any plans in motion.

iamrich - why are you so nervous of the “derampers”? If LP arrives, SP will go up.

It’s almost like you’re a bit insecure and unsure yourself about MATD. I don’t blame you. You’ve been saying “LP will be here any day now” for 5 months, so not surprised you’re feeling a bit worried.

DocD - probably for the first time in Synairgen’s history, and certainly RM’s as CEO, we needed him to step up. Before Covid they were ambling along line many other small biotechs, odd projects and trials here and there. But Covid really was a great opportunity and the received wisdom seems to be that they fluffed it. Sure, possibly a bit unlucky with changes in SOC etc, but I think more investors than not think the company should have foreseen such dangers and designed a better trial, pushing back against the powers who leant in.
Regardless, it happened. But RM has been virtually radio silent since that fateful day. I have been pushing back against the trolls on here, saying he deserved time to put a recovery plan in motion and that the silence could be because he is doing just that, but IMO that grace period is all but over. It’s time for something to be delivered and if he can’t, he (and Simon Shaw) probably do need to step aside. And at the very least, those salaries need to be slashed.

FWIW - I do think there is something positive due to be delivered, either tomorrow OR by the time the AGM is here. But then I’ve been wrong all along the way, so WTFDIK.

I thought at the time it was probably a waste of money, but let’s see if the bribe means the local government signs us off, or if it really was a waste of money and it has to be signed off by central government.

Tommy - as you've also said previously, the pain was February 2022. If it fails, so be it, I'll not feel like I did on that fateful day. But I still have genuine hope. I'd love to know what came of that job advert... has it been filled, what's it need for etc because we already have so much quality resource that I can't believe is working at full tilt.

Here's to hoping that there has been a leak and someone has loaded up prior to Thursday and/or the AGM, giving it just a couple of weeks beforehand so it didn't look too suspicious! :)

Tommy - I get the point you are making.

It's all IMO but I do think they can do/say something, if indeed there is something. But I would be concerned if it is quite literally "we continue to work in haste...to find the best path forward...".

I can't remember who posted it, but this always stuck in my mind:

Just to expand on that, this was RM's summary comments from the full year results last year:

Focussing more on that second paragraph and what I've put in brackets, they surely have to comment on that and how it is progressing, good or bad.
