RE: Valuation3 May 2023 13:38
AGM could be announced any time now. Last year it was announced early June to take part late June.
Providing they don't pull a fast one and have the AGM somewhere obscure like North Korea (don't rule it out, I've seen it happen with other companies), I'll be attending again and will want to know:
- what are the expensive hires took on just before P3 failure now doing? We were told at the last AGM they were all working hard and using their contacts/expertise to help get us on a PT. Well, that hasn't worked so far and I don't see how that will keep them busy for another year on £250k.
- What was the Medical Affairs Director job advert all about? Has it been filled, why was it needed, the rationale etc?
- Are Polygon formally insiders?
- Have you applied for STRIVE? If you can't be specific which trials you have applied for, is this for legal reasons? And if so, can you simply tell us how many PT's you've applied for?
- In light of the dismal SP performance and diminishing cash position, to the point where we may need to batten down the hatches and survive for some time yet, have you/will you consider taking pay cuts?
- Is it your intention to remain listed in London, or have you considered re-listing elsewhere? If not, are there any circumstances where you might consider moving the listing?
- As already detailed, the aim following these clinical studies is to go for another P3 trial. Have you considered how much this would cost, and how would you anticipate this being funded?
I also have many questions on these clinical studies.
They could decide they'll be no Q&A this year. It would be poor form but let's see.
