Dickbat - genuine question - do you really see us getting out of this with anything, or even 0.25p?

They would’ve known weeks ago that we would ultimately run out of money sooner than expected. They should’ve done a raise when the SP was 1.8-2p. It would have been minimal dilution at that point. To wait and do the raise with the SP at 0.25p stinks of something corrupt.

This is a dead duck. We are as distressed a seller as it’s possible to get… 2 months to sell out assets FFS! This isn’t like selling a car. So we’ll get a fraction of what we should. Sorry, they’ll get a fraction. We’ll get zero.

It's much easier these days to sue Directors and I'm pretty sure if this did end up at court or in front of some government select committee, they'd have a field day with Art and the BOD!

Dickbat - I can’t stress to you how much I hope you’re right. But so much skullduggery has gone on with the BOD, I’m not confident.

The assets will absolutely be worth more than what they are eventually sold for. The problem is we are a distressed seller. And you only ever then get cents on the dollar.

Add in Art and a BOD that clearly have complete disregard for PI’s, and we’ll almost certainly get nothing out of this.

The only ever so minorest plus point is that if you don’t hold these shares in your pension or ISAs, you can write off the loss against future gains elsewhere.

It's a delayed reported trade. SP at 12:10pm looks like it was 0.15/0.18p, so this will be a sell.

And we know the only people that sell blocks of 25 million shares are... the bond holders!

Goozee has/had 13.275 million, so it's not him. The largest non-bond holder is Atlas with ~50m shares.

Market makers after cheap shares?! Market makers won’t be holding a position in COPL… it could be busted into suspension at any time. Fire sale of assets has been announced with nothing for PI’s, once they’ve completed the disposals this will be wound up.

I have such a piffling monetary amount left here that I suppose I’m only hanging in case there is any fun to be had in the courts with this criminal company.

F1 - this says to me that they will sell off assets, enough to cover the creditors, but that they’ll shaft PI’s. As long as they can get their money back, they won’t give a hoot about us.
