Indeed. And yet, despite meeting with management more often than us, are happy to let them get on with things. They haven’t even insisted on a seat on the board or one of their own to make oversee things.

Mani - let’s assume you are correct. I still don’t see how they would be able to raise cash simply for working capital and at the current SP.

Let’s hope they give us some update soon. It’s unacceptable, the lack of communication IMO.

Mani, I’d have to log on to check my AGM notes (currently relaxing with a beer!) but I’m sure the question of whether we sufficient doses to cover the trial was asked, where the response was that we had plenty. SS even confirmed in a conversation afterwards that if something like a STRIVE trial came knocking, they could even easily cover that.

I read that as 60% of the original batch. But aren’t 100% confident I’m reading it correctly!

Mani - my gob will be well and truly smacked if they do a raise in H1.

For starters, they shouldn’t need to do a raise for working capital (we know they have enough do do the P2’s which haven’t even started yet). Secondly, to do a raise at circa 5p, the dilution would be crippling. It just wouldn’t make sense, unless you believe that we really will run out of money in H1, which I do not think is or will be the case.

Montyfino - you obviously missed my post. But he is either an argumentative soul who will always want the last word, or he is slightly mental, or he is paid for by COPL to distract.

Either way, if you reply to him, he wins.

Coplholder is either:

a) clearly so argumentative that he'll never stop trashing this BB;

b) mentally not all there;

c) paid for by COPL to distract from what we should be doing - clubbing together to fight against what is either blatant mismanagement of global financial crisis levels or, at worst, outright corruption.

Bit whichever one it is, there is no point replying to him. It is quite literally adding fuel to the fire.

I reckon they probably had the opportunity or offers to JV for SPRINTER but decided they could raise the cash and go it alone.

For these P2’s, we have the cash to do them on our own. Better to get these passed and then we’ll hopefully be in a better position to negotiate a JV for the P3.

Seems straightforward and sensible to me.

Comms remains atrocious. They should communicate more, even if it’s just general happy smiley on Proactive to confirm all is still going to plan. I know many disagree with this and say they should only communicate when there is something new to say. I disagree and I’m not particularly happy about it, especially when I was expressly told at the AGM they’d make more effort in this regard. This, along with the very expensive (now not so new) recruits, who can’t possibly be doing much, are my biggest grievances.

But we are where we are and just have to be patient now.

Coplherder - genuine question - what are trying to achieve here now? It's not the old chestnut of trying to stop people losing money, cos that shipped has long since sailed. And you don't think there's any point in pursuing the BOD, so what is it?

I've written this off completely. But if there is the slightest glimmer, then it is that our biggest 'real' investor in James Goozee sounds like he is as pi55.ed as we are about it all.

And also, I do happen to think the FCA will look into this.

If this is now the sinking ship I believe it to be, it would be nice to know this appalling BOD and the lenders could get their just deserts and go down with it.

As said yesterday, fail P2 and it's all over.

But if we pass, what does that mean?

It means another P3. Logically, you'd think we should have more chance of passing the next P3 than we did the first (more P3's pass than fail), with greater knowledge, understanding etc etc.

So what should that do to the SP? Hopefully, propel it beyond 6p.
