b) completely unnecessary - yes, it's up. But it's 200% of F all and after the mother of all drops. This wasn't like a stable SP where it jumps 200%.

Some more serious buyers might get the SP back above 1p. Maybe towards 2p. But I’m here for much more than that. And for that, we need the drills to come good.

It funds them for a couple of months to sell the business, entirely for the benefit of the lenders. Because PI's will see nothing from a sale. So they would've been better off just letting this go bust, and fukk the lenders that have screwed us over big time by stipulating we couldn't look elsewhere for funding.

Agree with Stas. This is a slightly unorthodox RNS, responding to shareholder queries, I’m guessing in response to RBM’s solicitors writing to them.

It seems clear to me that they have made some appalling decisions and agreed to horrific terms with Anavio in the various borrowings from them, so bad that they weren’t allowed to look elsewhere for funding?!

In addition, major shareholders were apparently contacted…? but wasn’t James Goozee as surprised as the rest of us?

Is the last line about PI’s potentially being able to take part in another raise a way to appease some? I have no idea. But it sounds like even more dilution coming at the very least, which is hard to imagine when we are already 0.05p 🤦🏻‍♂️😂
