The problem Fruits is that you post links and selective quotes that paint the blackest picture - and ignore the other quotes -0 which I've provided from your own links that paint a muchless bleak outlook. That is not balance and from a man of your qualities is rather poor frankly. It's hardly an oversight - you want only to present the darkest doomsday scenario.
BA4.6 has been with us since May and although it has gained ground recently (9% in the US and UK ) there is no evidence of any increase in poor outcomes. And BA2.75 - the next cab off the rank is racing up as well. Again as with all Omicron variants it is a weaker strain.
Evusheld failure is a concern if it's true (this research is a pre-print and has been contested) but equally, take up of the free prophylactic drug amongst the immuno-compromised in the US has been very poor - at the end of July just 165,000 doiseshad been given to an at-risk population of 7 million - so the majority of those patients are receiving no protection from it anyway.

Just a bit confused. You can't back up your original scare story about BA4.6 by quoting (or not quoting) something that is clearly unrelated

I can't read that unfortunately but perhaps you'll paste one or two exerpts that back up your concern. All i can see is her statement of Sept 1 after the EU fasttracked authorisation for the bivalent vaccines
"Today's positive opinions by the European Medicines Agency on the first two variant-adapted mRNA vaccines, from BioNTech-Pfizer and Moderna, are important to protect Europeans against the likely risk of autumn and winter waves of infections. We need to be ready to face another winter with COVID-19."

Given that two forms of bivalent Omicron boosters are approved and that a majority of UK and EU citizens have already had 3 jabs - i wouldn't worry too much about stats that questions the waning efficacy of 2 mRNA jabs.

There is also this - which suggests that the main problem facing the US at least is the low level of booster take-up

"For over a year, we have had strong evidence that the primary Covid vaccine series, consisting of two mRNA shots, does not provide adequate protection because of waning immunity. Yet the CDC refuses to change its definition that “fully vaccinated” is two shots. We are always happy to receive reports of new killer strains of Covid, and I remember well your dark warnings about Omicron - but to date only Delta has proven more fatal in the vaccinated world. I'll be getting my Omicron vaccine in a month or two and expect to be very safe.

Really think we should leave Brooke the f.uck alone. It's pathetic pestering them all the time. They didn't RNS the presentation so i think it's pretty reasonable to expect that RM presented the COPD data - which had just been released, and added some of the supportive evidence from the covid trials and other Ifn studies.

Was the question he answered about a new Covid trial for SNG or any new trial ?

There is zero chance they're still crunching the SNG numbers on Activ2. The only other candidate that published P2 results was SAB and those took 4 months to produce (as I've posted several times). We are now almost 11 months on. They held it to await developments - both from SNG's other trial (Sprinter completion and deep dive ) and in relation to the pandemic. If we'd seen a variant that evaded Paxlo and Molnu - or that led to much worse outcomes and a sharp increase in deaths, they would have already acted to move SNG forward. As it is Covid has been in retreat across the globe and other priorities have taken centre stage. Doesn't mean we don't still have a good chance but with every week that passes the enormity of Sprinter's failure comes into sharper focus.

It won't get to £1 just on the back of a P3 announcement Billy - unless perhaps it's the first and only drug on Strive and the announcement is accompanied by a solid statement from someone inside NIH to explain that they believe in the drug and its broad spectrum potential and hence they're launching the whole Strive programme with it.
But being first doesn't really matter - if we get the trial anytime before RM's self declared deadline of this winter, and it is designed specifically for the Sprinter post-hoc, your quid will be very safe.
Conversely if we are not announced on Strive and there are no further positive announcements, the sp will dip well below current levels.
