It looks pretty standard to me and since there's an even bigger slant on terrorism and money laundering these days it may apply to that and they're being thorough/fully compliant. As we know/have been told it's a gold account, to buy and sell gold of 1 mgram upwards and that's that.

I support the concept and what the BoD are trying to do here, and I'm not one of these that's flying off the handle at every turn, but comms have always been an issue for me with LION.

My worry is that if comms are so dire in general (at least up until now) and everything is last push up then how on earth will they fare when they become a fully-fledged banking product being hit by all manner of correspondence flying at them day and night? Not just UK but potentially worldwide. The side of that team is really gonna need beefing up. They can't just ignore investors and clients once this thing goes live.

They need to get this AGM date/s sorted. They seem to have pencilled in 19th Dec in Guernsey with a meeting a week before in London. That deadline has predictably passed but I'm not too worried unless we hear nothing in the coming week.

People have to make arrangements and get time off work, etc, in advance, to be able to get to these things. If bigmj is reading perhaps he could raise the issue? Not that it should need that, it should have been done within the two weeks as they said. But I can live with it if it's a couple of days late.

What I'd like to be seeing at some stage is those irritating 'taylored adverts' that appear on the side, header and footer of your browser showing 'Tallymoney' alongside the usual suspects.

They'd be less irritating then.

Tris, there's no guarantee of anything in this life and nobody can tell you precisely what will happen.

The intent coming from the company is to relist on AIM in q1 2019. They claim they are committed to that. And I think it would be suicidal if they did not relist somewhere by next year, or failed to relist and went private. Too much is riding on this now what with their connections and the various other entities involved. But that's just me.

There are a tiny number of shares in issue here. When you have sellers it's gonna fall heavily and the mms are going to tosspot it about with wide spreads.

A sniff of good news and with so few shares it'll turn impressively. But it's not going to keep rising on no materially significant news. There's just nothing to go on atm. A market-grabbing ops update is what is needed.

Afaik the intent was possibly to buy into a Bombay-listed company not to list on the Indian stock exchange itself. But who knows though.

However, this is running before walking stuff. As others have said, we need to sort our own house out first before spreading ourself over another jurisdiction. At this stage it'd only complicate matters at present.

On another note, I saw that Nigel from Railsbank chimed in on a Lion-related tweet just a few days ago and his tone was positive. Take from that what you will.

Hello kevin. I'm not saying it won't or can't come good, and there isn't potential because there is.

But my advice would be (and I'm taking this myself bcs I've been here ages...) get out on the first rise to profit you're lucky enough to get.

Honestly, would they though? This is AIM, literally nothing gets investigated. We have Eric from MYSQ seemingly blowing through money handed out to third parties' and who's apparently buggered off to Dubai and not one agency or person seems to be chasing him up over it, pure theft on the face of it.

Teeling himself said something that set yet another massive red flag off with me in the Irish interview, which was 'companies like these' are subject to trading fits, which doesn't inspire me with confidence that he gives a monkey's about this. It's just a bit of fun for him. We've had no attempt to even try to quell shareholders concerns between his interview and what came out of Ghana the other day, leaving us scratching our heads as the share price sinks.

He doesn't give a stuff about us. Even I know that and I generally try and give CEOs a fair crack of the whip.

In theory, I would imagine it would be a fairly straightforward procedure of getting your certificates reinstated into your account (if it's still open it should be okay?) but lord knows how it pans out in practice. It could be a breeze or there could be silly issues. I'd contact HSBC tbh mate.

Whilst the underlying theme is positive for blockchain there's also the slightly bemused/cynical element that acknowledges the term 'blockchain' is being used a lot in India simply as a lure.

Now, when I watched the BBC's Click programme from India a few weeks ago it revealed a very up and coming tech savvy sector in that country that is absolutely ripe for the taking, and they have a great deal of innovative people and entrepreneurs. I'll always maintain LION made the right choice targeting India. However, I do wonder if the BoD have been ahead of the game in sensing that the 'blockchain' angle might be a hindrance in India rather than a help and hence the name change to Tally. Which is a viable and respected word there even if it's seen as somewhat old-fashioned here.

I feel as if, over the longer term, the thinking now is that the UK is less important than worldwide with this product. Like, if it takes off here, great, but it's not the endgame.

The 'next RNS' didn't. There were 3 - detailing research/collab/patent updates - before the Leishman announcement. About which we're told he's not stepping down until Jan 10th, 2019 and is staying on in a consultancy capacity (which he certainly need not do). He's given a standard 2-month notice rather than immediately resigning or other such dramatic overtures.

Also curious, but you and bidnolid appear to have a bit of a symbiotic relationship. That's cute.
