Yep. Another one missed or cut extremely fine if it now comes at all. I think the AGM will probably go ahead on the date planned but the shareholder meeting won't happen the week before.

The only slight mitigating circumstance I can see is that they have supposedly been in Finland having discussions with the mine there and they might still be out there, and which might explain e-mails to CP going unloved.

However, this is still no excuse, because surely, surely someone could have been left in charge to send a notice of AGM/meeting out in the meantime.

If you're an investor after more of an endgame, you wait for good things and accept timescales (within reason) to get important work done. You accept that the vast majority of science doesn't spring up in Petri dishes overnight and that there's a process, a chain, many testing phases.

If you're an annoyingass trader with a chip on his shoulder, who is underwater, you make an endless fuss on boards like this. Not that we have any of those here.

Given that we don't know where they are, apart from somewhere in 'London' and 'Guernsey', I wouldn't advise it.

I suspect they will finalise the AGM for around that Dec 19th date and it'll come trundling in nearer the time. The shareholder meeting was supposed to be the week before but I can't see them organising that in time now tbh. It's CP so he might pull it off with his usual last-minute-Lill approach.

The shareholder meeting for London would put it into second week of December and people have to potentially get time off work to book these things so it's leaving it late.

They may do the AGM in December still (19th) and have the shareholder meeting at a later date. This is going to be a slow coach given the job adverts don't wrap up until end Jan. If they fill places sooner they might pull them early, who knows, the salaries look pretty competitive.

Today's RNS was the best news we could even have received at this stage and anyone saying otherwise is just being awkward on purpose imo. Probably because they're short or want to see this fail/are a competitor working for or endorsing another company.

Such results are far more likely to fail than succeed by law of averages, so to have this success and be beyond an industry standard is pretty amazing really.

There's a long way to go and it does not define an ultimate outcome but it significantly reduces some risk for the criteria at this point in time. It is progress and that can only be ++.

Its much more about where this could go, the 'discussions' they're in, the potential of a bigger fish watching this now. The results speaks for themselves and that's far more exciting than mms doing the old one step forward two back with the sp atm.

I'm heartened by the fact they are clearly assembling more team because the job adverts don't write themselves and you don't do that if you're not planning to make a go of this. Honestly, if I lived anywhere near London I'd apply for one of those myself.

But...I'm reluctant to prescribe a time limit on things given LION's notorious last push up approach, even if allowing for unexpected extra time limits for change of direction/s, etc. I'd LOVE it to be a January relist (for starters, just so my money is free from being hijacked for the best part of a year) but teh RNS officially says Q1, no matter what people have been told on the phone.

So I'll say the last hour on the last day of March, Q1. If they can surprise me in the meantime then it's a bonus. But on the majorly plus side the job adverts do indicate a positive. :)
