The whole point of this company is that you primarily hold gold from their mines. So we're not going to be cashing in on anything anytime soon imo.

No disrespect but I also think we need to put to bed this issue of the Bombay Exchange. The company never said it would be listing there, only that it had plans to buy a BE-listed company for some leverage in India. Thankfully that seems to have gone out of the window for now, because let's face it, we have more immediate concerns. :)

But of something and nothing, but after your post about HL the other day I checked yesterday and HL had also moved my LION shares into my fund and share account as well.

So at least I don't have to contact them and ask what's going on. I guess they'll stay there until they change name to Tally and - with luck and clear management - come back.

If you'd been paying attention to feedback from the shareholder meeting the relist date is now April 2019.

My HL shares are still in ISA. Just greyed out.

Though I suspect they're probably only still there out of lack of getting round to moving them than any deep conspiracy.

Knowing my luck they'll get shifted over the week the thing is due to relist!

I've been keeping my eye on this one for months now and it's the one I'm pretty sure could be platform related/to do with Tally app function.

It ties in with the Tally e-mail saying they'd be in touch in the new year about opening an account, so it looks as if the pieces are falling into line now. Let's hope this is the start of the real start.

Don't torment yourself, ram, lol. As you well know 'asap' is not a word in the LION dictionary. We also have a roadmap kindly supplied by a poster here that pretty much states April is when we will relist.

The actual product going live to customers should be earlier. Feb/March. But honestly, I would just roll with the punches here now because the goalposts are constantly moving. What will be will be and LION are certainly not going to rush. Not for us, not for anyone. And honestly, I'd rather they just got it right. If it's as big and bold as they claim then a few more months should hopefully be worth it.

"Could Lionsgold be relisted containing just the mining assets, with TALY being spun-out, and listed as a separate banking entity? Possibly a share consolidation too? Selling the mining assets could also be an option, raising funds for the launch of TALY, perhaps?"

My gut feel is that as shareholders we possibly won't see much difference apart from our shares changing name from LION to Tally on a relist. I think they'll want to keep it simple. If they want to offload the mines at any stage (or one of them) they just will do a straightforward asset sale, the money will go into the warchest.

This looks to have got lost and probably will do again but worth a go.

For those that attended the presentation, is there any more info you could give on the look and design of the card and app, colours/features/functionality, etc?

Just be good to get a general feel for the thing.

Don't put your own incompetence back on other people when it was you that failed to tell an accurate story to start with.

You posted that with zero context and now you've been rumbled you've flown into aggressive, name calling mode to deflect from the fact you tried to make it seem as if the company sent you that out of nowhere. People are not mind readers. Neither can we know what you've been telling the company. You told them you were suicidal. You didn't tell us that part.

If someone is writing to me claiming to be 'suicidal' then of course I'm going to suggest some helpful links.

You initially made out they had sent you that response out of nowhere (which I would have sent to the FCA) but they are only replying to what you yourself claimed.

Try and tell a full story next time.

Well that explains their response to you. It would be highly bizarre just to send you that out of the blue unprompted but you did say you were feeling suicidal so that's why they have sent that.

You should have said that at the start. You actually instigated their response to you.

I'd just take it that he has a life outside of these boards. As should everyone.

It's been this way for years on AIM since the major crash back in the early 2000s and the demise of oil as a thing of interest and excitement. It's just got progressively more negative looking year on year.

It's not a brand new pattern and it's nothing to do with Brexit or any other kind of recent activity, although any uncertainty never helps. It's been a dull, uncharitable market for a long time, well before the Greek crisis.
