Are you posing this to people or are you saying this is what's happened to you?

Like I say AIM investors have fewer legal protections than chronic online gamblers. It's terrible what has happened at MYSQ.

We're nowhere near that but there is still that uncertainty. It crossed my mind that CP's recent recruitment directorship might be helpful in supporting the LION business for siphoning off candidates but that's only speculative on my part.

Yes gads, let's just hope we have a better 2019. First Equity is at Salisbury House, same as Tally, so at least CP is only a stone's throw.

The ironic thing about AIM is it is less regulated than other markets.

The government and regulators just forget about it. And I lived through the Desire Oil oil-to-water fiasco that nothing was done about either. Even though it was so blatantly corrupt.

Problem online gamblers and people that throw their cash away on fruit machines have more rights and protection than AIM investors.

Sorry, I;m not trying to make it sound as if they CAN pick up a NOMAD from a funding decision, but I think reading between lines there could be that possibility, if the company can somehow come back. Nobody would throw money at a dead duck so clearly somebody sees something worth fighting for?

I'm so very sorry for holders here. AIM really is a flea pit at times.

What baffles me the most is what is being done about this Eric character? Is someone chasing him up? Where is he and why isn't he being hauled in to account?

The small chink of light in the RNS re: a funding decision seems to indicate that if this is successful they may be able to pick up a NOMAD. It's a long shot but someone is interested it seems. Good luck and I hope this works out for you guys. If not, I hope you haven't lost too much and this guy can be held accountable.

I agree bassguy. It could be a fantastic project to get off the ground and I appreciate all the hard work that would logically entail delays and some quiet periods. I do understand the need to be strategic and keeps things quiet.

But we're not talking nuclear secrets or a world-beating immunity vaccine here. The secrecy and blatant refusal to cough up anything until the last moment (even then, usually only after pi pressure) now sees this company being openly called a 'scam' out on social media. And although I disagree, only this company and the way it's been run (CP) has brought us to where we now are.

I hope he and the team can turn it around. I think they can. But CP needs to start showing some proper interest in it, publicly. Get the marketing up and running, show off the website, update the bloody Tally Twitter with anything other than a blank logo.

I can't say it hasn't crossed my mind. He runs successful enterprises and seems to give a damn about ordinary people, enough to check in now and then.

If it weren't for the fact Tally really is CP's brainchild and therefore likely to get to market by a limp or by a sudden bang, I'd fully agree, but all we can do is grit our teeth and rough it out with CP. We don't have much choice. I have no doubt he works hard and comes up with innovative concepts (aka, the one we are here for) but he's spreading himself too thinly and peoples tied-up money is at stake here. It's obsessive and unnecessary imo.

He needs to slow down and concentrate on one thing at a time a bit more atm, imo.

He's seems the type of workaholic person that can handle a bunch of different roles and divide his time. I'm not bothered by that. I am bothered by stuff put out in RNS format and then just lapses quietly as if nobody was taking notes.

I appreciate Bigmj's input and like I say I'm fully behind the concept. I think it could turn out to be either a disaster or a very pleasing surprise package for 2019. Given the year we've had I'd expect the latter as I do think the trademarks, networking/deals, links and team expansion are legit. Bigmj certainly believes in it and that is a reassurance with or without my own views. It will hopefully fall together swiftly nearer the time. And I've seen this happen with apps so no major concern there.

But these comms...ack. This issue is of ongoing concern. Supposing people had booked Dec 19th from work already? And now, time wasted on that front. Bigmj has to come on here and tell us that as CP won't.

Thanks bigmj. However, this goes against what was said in the last RNS, where a provisional date for Dec 19th was specified and that that notice of that would be going out within two weeks of that RNS. And that a shareholder meeting was planned for a week before.

With neither of these meetings apparently on the horizon (why is this even difficult?) any time soon if you could please ask Mr Parry what exactly he expects out of shareholders in this company? I appreciate he probably views most of us as traders but as we all know there is a reasonably large hardcore of people on here alone that have loyally supported this company and its concept (and still will), because a company and its concept isn't just made up of one person. People here have put good money into this and have largely been patient. I am still prepared to be patient up to Q1 in the new year.

But CP has held our money to ransom for nearly a year and simply won't tell us when he has a change of mind on much anything. You cannot just put something out in black and white in RNS and then just ignore it or hope nobody noticed. What is he honestly thinking? These are his own words. And yes, I still think Tally is an awesome concept. The CEO's flippant attitude at best to shareholders here I am less happy about.

They might argue that it's strategic, they might have wanted to keep the trademark under wraps, which was pretty successful until it got dug up and posted about here.

If we ever get a meeting with them we might find out.

I think it's that there was no point relisting before the product/app gets the XGB tracker code that it probably needs to fully function imo.

This trademark (XGB/xgb) was published on Aug 2nd and can take up to 5-6 months to be given the green light, which would put us into Dec/January. They'd still have had people kvetching at them that the sp was slumping on the back of it not being ready and it would be kicked. We'd be down nearer a penny by now.

So I can understand the reticence to list until these ends are tied up and they can (hopefully) come back with a bang.

But Bridges, you were saying you heard it would be happening in 'days' and that was weeks ago.
