Looks like plenty do to me. Probably most here are holding through HL, iii, Share Centre, Selftrade, Jarvis, Barclays.

When HSBC issued the certificates they couldn't have known company plans, they're not mind readers. My broker hasn't issued a certificate, some brokers do and some don't.

But there are dual-listed companies on there.

Add N4P to the gang.

Needs to be regulated in the same way as bank accounts, etc.

It's funny because another share of mine N4P, now has its own NEX, GB. PL tag coming up here when I type it into the search function, which it didn't before. Same happens with KDNC.

No matter what's going on with the LION listing it seems as if LSE might also be working on bbs.

Yeah, it was weird, when I came onto this page initially I could see the NEX logo this time but on refreshing it disappears.

I'm personally confident the company intends to unveil Tally (and which I do really like) . But re: the link provided below, have no idea if NEX is a temporary vehicle, a dual list or is to be permanent. As ever we haven't been told a bean and the LION mailing list hasn't even been utilised to send out presentation/AGM details.

Maybe NEX will be kinder to us than AIM. All we can do is see what happens. GL guys.

Don't think much significant is happening guys. There are no RNS's in the tab up there and fundamentals, etc, are missing.

I think LSE just moved us to a new board (as we went awol again mid afternoon today) and are in the process of setting it up from a default template.

I didn't/don't see any reference to NEX anywhere either.

As hard as I believe these people have worked and are working, I do think his response (even if he is a lawyer and likely to be typically blunt and clinical) highlights the disconnect between many AIM BoDs and their shareholders.

They can still safely draw their salaries and fine dine out whilst things appear to go stagnant on our end with our now unlisted shares. When all we hear is how virtually no company comes back from a delist. The same shares that got turfed out of our ISAs earlier, and of which little acknowledgement has been made by management on that front either.

I'm glad we have bigmj as the more 'human' face of LION, honestly. Though MC's response does sound encouraging on the ops front. Hopefully there should be a good deal of relevant and new info.

Posted on Twitter a few days ago. It's from LION NED Michael Corcoran. Whilst it will also be reassuring to many, someone (not me as not on Twitter) helpfully reminded him of just how bad the comms have been (which basically opens the door to trolling as well as genuine concern).

Gents, I look forward to meeting some of you on 19 December. There is a lot of rubbish written on Twitter and the BB. Hopefully the meeting on 19/12 goes some way to explaining the enormous progress made and the huge potential of the product.

The process has been harder and the product is more complex than originally anticipated. But the potential of what we hope to deliver is much greater. A lot of hours are being worked by a lot of people on IPO & the product launch & constant abuse doesn’t make them work any harder

Why do you get confused between allies helping each other and being in a club that is basically unwieldy and benefits the upper echelons all the time?

There's footage on Twitter of Juncker stumbling around in two different coloured shoes and he's apparently known to like a drop. This is what we've been putting our money into for decades (and yes, I realise there have been some legislatively good frameworks too). But come on now...gravy train. And as we don't elect them we can do nothing about them so on it goes.

I think we'll go back onto AIM myself. FTSE too costly.

As for CP's salary it is excessive, but then so many London-based salaries do seem excessive, especially if you are on a fraction of that elsewhere in the country. Theoretically there's nothing stopping him putting more of his own money into this to help it out.

But yes, we'd all like to see some recompense for being made to wait and I suggest the AGM doesn't give the BoD an easy carefree time. If you're not happy about BoD salary say so when you vote, make them work for it, rather than expecting it.

On the positive side the presentation should highlight where we are, give the opportunity to ask questions and to balance all that, CP has always been one for standing upfront and attending these events, taking questions reasonably and many people do feel reassured. It's up to you whether you think it's slime talk or we're heading for something potentially very decent. I would lean towards the latter. The approach has been bungled in many ways, but bottom line, we all need this back on track.

Oh, there's dark forces engineering Brexit to try to fail alright. That's been apparent for a long time. Helped along by the BBC, who stand every reporter outside Westminster in front of anti-Brexit banners and EU flags and wangling every story around to the perils of Brexit, even if it's a story about baby food or daffodils. Notice the explosion of 'racist' news stories as well atm? Even poor Raheem Sterling is being 'targeted' by Chelsea fans, a team where you literally have a to knit a white, British player for the most part. Suddenly they have national newsworthy racist fans. Suddenly Leeds is racist. So is Wales. On the eve of a decision and as we move closer to March. Sh1t does happen but this is an exercise in psychological manipulation via a the media, which on the whole seemed to side with Remain.

It's so suspect you could set your clock by it. Thing is, why are SO many people taken in by this horrible, bureaucratic EU gravy train? Is it fear of the unknown? Is it fear of self-belief away from mother's apron strings? We even had the French - The FRENCH ffs, waving 'Frexit' banners about during this weekend's Paris protests, lol. Go for it mon frere, I say. There are a mass of problems in Europe that go unreported or only slightly touched upon for obvious reasons of bias by the media. Italy's banks have been in dire straights for years, and now out money is leaving, that's even less to help prop that mess up. And if they go, you can forget about how bad it was when tiny. bone idle Greece almost collapsed. If Italy goes it'll send shockwaves that last worldwide.

I am concerned about comms and silence.

But I'm not someone who leaps to attack the company any time they put out news. Some here seem to have an inherent problem with LION whatever they do. I have said it before but we need to support each other and try not to lose our cool - all it will do is add more stress and make these boards unbearable.

We have an update, a little more clarity and AGM/Presentation dates, of which I trust more info will become apparent. We all have the chance to go and ask questions to CP soon enough.
